What was created: My second week on this platform and I was able to create ICM workflow that produces draft communication emails about services and new IT producs the OCIO offers. Scope of Communication: The audience is over 12k. Tools: Claude Code and ICM framework, and pre approved communication templates, SharePoint folders. Outcome: Showed my boss the outcomes and he was impressed. All he had to do was input the trigger " Write Comm" and the workflow produced a 508 compliant assesable draft communication from the pre approved communicationtemplates. Next Tuesday speaking to my boss leadership about use cases! Thank you to this community!

So I finally got around to cleaning up my Website-Builder Workspace in Claude Code (With a lot of help from ICM-Architect V2 @Jake Van Clief). Afterwards I was able to completely revamp my wife's Wix website for a business she recently picked back up. She loves it, and apparently it was so good that others took notice and suggested working with me to help them design a website of their own. I realized that my background in Psychology is especially useful in understanding learning patterns in humans. So I thought: what if I apply it to AI? Unfortunately, AI does not perceive anything as a reward, but here are some interesting perspectives gained from my conversation with Claude on creating/improving a self-learning loop: - Encoding specificity. A lesson works best when it's loaded where the cue occurs. A global lessons file competes with everything else in context. The same rule placed in the CONTEXT.md for the task it governs gets applied far more consistently. - Implementation intentions. "When drafting outreach emails, cut the first paragraph" beats "I prefer directness." If-then phrasing gives me a trigger, not a vague value I have to interpret. - Contrastive examples. One short good/bad pair often transfers better than a paragraph of explanation. It shows where the line actually is. - Interference. As lessons accumulate, they start blurring and contradicting each other. Your proposals inbox needs a consolidation step: periodically merge, prune, and resolve conflicts, so you keep 10 sharp rules rather than 60 overlapping ones. - Salience. Rules buried in the middle of long files get underweighted. Put the few that really matter near the top.

I've been asked to rebuild a non-profit's website with Claude Code. The current site runs on Drupal (swiss hosting): multilingual, several hundred pages. The plan is to cut the content by a quarter to a third, rebuild in WordPress with the Avada page builder (the client already works in it), and hand it over so their communications team can edit it on their own. An existing job platform and a chatbot need to be integrated. The timeline is tight, with most of the work in December. I'm comfortable with the content and structure side and with directing Claude Code in an ICM-style folder setup. I'm less sure about the WordPress side, and I'm honestly not yet sure I should take this on. Has anyone done something similar? I'd be glad to hear: - How well does Claude Code work with a page builder like Avada or Elementor, compared with a block theme? - How did you migrate content: WP-CLI, REST API, the MCP adapter? - How did you split hosting, updates and maintenance after handover? - What took longer than you expected? I'm really temptaded to to take this job. Because it is also for a good cause. budget is 15k (CHF) - most of it needs to be spend in 2026 and launch of the website is planned for April/May 2027.
