Hello everyone, I just wanted to share a small win. I’ve crossed a milestone in my early wholesaling journey — I made my very first cold call, and I’m almost finished calling through the government list I pulled. I’m still very new to wholesaling, so from where I’m at, this feels like a big step forward. Appreciate the support — onward and upward.

We all hit that point where things just don’t seem to move. The calls feel dry, the sellers aren’t biting, and the motivation starts slipping. Here’s the truth — feeling stuck is part of the process. Every wholesaler hits that wall before their breakthrough deal. The difference between those who quit and those who win? They keep moving anyway. ✅ Revisit your goals — why did you start wholesaling in the first place?✅ Get back to the basics — pull a list, make calls, talk to sellers. Action cures everything.✅ Connect with others in this group — someone here has already been where you are and pushed through. Momentum doesn’t come from waiting to “feel ready.” It comes from taking messy, consistent action.

I want to encourage ppl here. I want to thank God for helping me. I work two jobs so I don’t have as much time as I would like to do the wholesaling. I felt like I’ve been stuck from month not getting anywhere. And I was driving and I saw a for FSBO sign i called no answer for like two days. I called again no answer left a text and a VM. He called me the following day. He said he wanted 86k for this property and with how small it was and needs almost a full gut it’s not going to work at that price. Due to Arv maybe 128k but this property had a big enough lot to split it up to make another lot. I knew that lot was worth 40k so contracted a builder and he said he would take it for 75k with the house and I got it under contract for 70k.
