@Jarid Orgeron Does this scraper have a way to find businesses who do not have a website?

@Jarid Orgeron Groovy, thanks.
I'm Guilty
I hate to admit it, but I'm guilty of shiny object syndrome. Ever since getting set up with GHL, I've seen dozens of gurus offering "shortcuts" or some sort of fast track to getting an agency up and running quickly. I've invested so much time reading PDFs and watching videos from these "experts" that I began to doubt I would EVER get this all figured out. Then I reached out to @Jarid Orgeron , and he suggested that I focus on the "AI Trinity." That's when I realized that I hadn't finished going through Jarid's AI training. I've spent the better part of the last three days immersed in his training, and I've been blown away by the quality and depth of it. Over the past 40+ years, I've owned several businesses, been booked on TV and radio programs, and spoken to groups of over 10,000 many times about sales—and yet Jarid's training had me taking notes as if I was a complete rookie. My only motivation for this post is to thank Jarid and to say that if you REALLY want a "shortcut" or fast track, look no further than the modules that Jarid has put in place.

The only real "shortcut" is hard work, time, and a great attitude lol.
I Need Real Guidance From People Who’ve Actually Built Agencies / Automation Businesses
I want genuine guidance from people who have actually built agencies or automation businesses. No hype replies please. I want to think clearly and make the right decisions. I started my automation journey in June 2025. I learned chatbots, workflows, and voice agents. I created content, tried outreach on LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp, and built lead magnets. But even after months of effort, I still don’t have a single proper client. I’m at a stage where I want to continue business, but I don’t want to keep repeating mistakes. I have a few serious questions, and I’d truly appreciate honest answers from people who’ve been through this: 1. Is it actually realistic to grow an automation agency today without already having a brand, money, or network? Or is most internet advice oversimplified? 2. Does being too broad really kill your business? How important is choosing ONE niche, and how do you know when you’ve picked the right one? 3. About real estate: I’ve heard most real estate businesses only care about lead generation and don’t value automation much. Is that true? Do they really not care about follow-up automation or workflow systems? 4. If lead generation sells easier, does it make more sense to start with lead gen first instead of automation? 5. Is it smarter to build long-term automation positioning even if it’s slower, or should someone in my situation focus on something that brings faster money first? 6. For people who were stuck for months or years with no clients and finally broke through – what actually changed for you? Niche, offer, positioning, or mindset? 7. If you were in my position right now, what would be your next 3 practical steps? I genuinely want clarity, not motivational keep going bro replies. I’m ready to work, but I want to move in the right direction with a realistic strategy. If you faced similar struggles and came out of it, I’d really value your perspective.

@Umar Mulla Hi Umar... I've been running an agency since 2012 as a one man show... but I'm now hiring people who I am teaching to run new agencies I'm opening, so your post resonated with me. It was 1 thing finding clients alone all these years, but there were things "I" was able to do, that don't work at scale, or hiring people overseas... so I was more or less starting over and developing a "Mc Donalds" system to grown an agency. (one I can plug people into, etc) So here are my thoughts: 1. Is it actually realistic to grow an automation agency today without already having a brand, money, or network? Or is most internet advice oversimplified? Most (not all of course) "get rich with ghl" advice online is from people who have never grown an actual agency. They learn strategies from others and repeat them, telling you how EASY this is, to get you to buy GHL through their link. They're lying. It's not easy. But yes, you CN still grow, just expect it to take a lot longer and be harder than they will tell you. (we all started somewhere, just stay determined) 2. Does being too broad really kill your business? How important is choosing ONE niche, and how do you know when you’ve picked the right one? It won't "kill" your biz, but it's easier to get someone to think "that's for ME!" when you choose a niche. You stand out in the crowd. I just went through this, doing a long, drawn out search for niches that: - need the service - can afford it - where the decision maker's contact info can be found - where you're likely to get him/her on the phone - and a few other things. IMO, find someone else already succeeding then go into that niche, or email/call 100 companies in the niche, not to sell, just to ask their thoughts about your products. You'll know pretty quick if it makes sense. But again, if someone is already succeeding in the niche, you're likely ok. 3. About real estate: I’ve heard most real estate businesses only care about lead generation and don’t value automation much. Is that true? Do they really not care about follow-up automation or workflow systems?

OMG, just saw this post was resurrected from January. I hope I didn't just waste 40 minutes trying to help someone who doesn't need it or won't ever see this, lol.
Don’t complicate it.
Pay attention to posts like these that get a lot of engagement if you’re using Facebook to get leads.
Don’t complicate it.

@Duaine Johnson You can potentially use the post model yourself to get your own leads, or even find a lead in the thread. Most importantly, read what they post about and model it in your own socials.

I know knowledge bases were asked about above, and it seems there are a couple of options. I just set this up and tested it without using ANY knowledge base and it worked flawlessly. (with a few of my own edits, to change it from closing the sale and setting up an appointment, to us sending it a custom AI built for their business for them to play with) Does anyone more familiar or with more experience using this have any thoughts about just leaving it without the knowledge base? I'm also curious about %'s of calls to appointments people have experienced using it so far, to set up appointments? I had a prior self-setting one and dumped it because it didn't work well... this one seems incredibly good though, thanks!
