Hi @Jarid Orgeron Do you know if HL Pro Tools will do one-off jobs? I've invested a lot of time into learning much of GHL to do it myself but every now and then I'll get stumped and just need a hand completing something. Thanks.

What to tell the client? Need a2p related advice
I have a question. When selling ai voice. How long do we tell the client when they can expect it? I know a2p approval can take 48hrs to 2 weeks sometimes to get approved. How do I tell client yea you get a number and the agent and they decide to pay, what should I say? Because I don't want to sound like a scam. Like I tell them yea you get the stuff pay now but you get it probably 2 weeks from now lol. That's where I am stuck.

I let them know, up front, that some things are out of our control, such as a2p and that it may take up to 2 weeks. Then, I say, 'Meanwhile, we'll get everything else set up so that you hit the road running once we get that approval.' They don't know how much time it takes to get "everything" set up and they appreciate the transparency.

Hi @Jarid Orgeron . I can't imagine you'd include everything from the Skool community for the knowledge. Modules 3 and 6 look the best options. Is that what you'd recommend since the KB is supposed to understand the NEPQ framework?

@Jarid Orgeron I truly appreciate all your advice and often go back and re-read and take notes. With that being said, when I re-read your comment, this stuck out to me: "my receptionist can pre-qualify your Facebook leads and then live transfer the good ones to you - NOW you’re talking the language they understand because those are the problems they currently have." I don't think I caught that the first time because my mind wasn't in the FB area but that is a really cool feature. Do you have training on this? I don't recall seeing any of it in the modules.
