I'm Guilty
I hate to admit it, but I'm guilty of shiny object syndrome. Ever since getting set up with GHL, I've seen dozens of gurus offering "shortcuts" or some sort of fast track to getting an agency up and running quickly. I've invested so much time reading PDFs and watching videos from these "experts" that I began to doubt I would EVER get this all figured out. Then I reached out to @Jarid Orgeron , and he suggested that I focus on the "AI Trinity." That's when I realized that I hadn't finished going through Jarid's AI training. I've spent the better part of the last three days immersed in his training, and I've been blown away by the quality and depth of it. Over the past 40+ years, I've owned several businesses, been booked on TV and radio programs, and spoken to groups of over 10,000 many times about sales—and yet Jarid's training had me taking notes as if I was a complete rookie. My only motivation for this post is to thank Jarid and to say that if you REALLY want a "shortcut" or fast track, look no further than the modules that Jarid has put in place.
Bundled Services?
HI @Jarid Orgeron , I hope your Thanksgiving was exceptional. We know that Voice AI and Conversation AI can be set up to transfer live calls, book appointments, and added to workflows to create all sorts of email, SMS and outbound Voice AI actions. My question is when you're starting out do you limit the actions that are made available to clients and then offer add-ons after establishing the relationship or do you offer an "A La Carte" menu of options they can select up front? Along these same lines, do you set up a Sub Account for each client? If so, wouldn't they see all the other features that I may not have offered?
Agency vs Sub-Account
Hi Jarid, I'm confused about the Agency & Sub-Account setup and wonder if you can help clarify. I understand that the Agency level hosts/supports the sub-accounts (which would be my clients). I named this Agency after my LLC (Up North VIP, LLC). Then, I was told to create a sub-account for myself. I have business called The Outsmart Network that provides education in the areas of finance, credit and debt, so I named this sub-account "The Outsmart Network". Then, I came to realize that this sub-account is supposed to be the marketing arm of my agency (i.e. Up North VIP). Is this correct so far? So, if this is correct, then I should have 2 sub-accounts for myself, one for my agency and one for my financial education. Is that correct? I'm asking this because I think that I've been setting up the domains incorrectly because I didn't know what account did what. I need to straighten this out before it gets way too complicated to unravel.

Hi @Jarid Orgeron In a previous comment, I explained how excited I am about the potential with the AI Employee. But, just like a race horse that can't get the gate open, I'm getting frustrated on where to learn about how to actually build them. There is SOOOO much information available but I've yet to find something that explains how to implement the prompts and how that works with the Snapshots. Do you have a suggestion because I've spent countless hours getting nowhere. Thanks.
Getting Started
Hi Jarid, Yesterday, I signed up with GHL using your link. Today, I did the initial set up call. Even though I've used GHL as a customer in the past, I'm completely blown away by all the available features currently available and excited to get going. The thing that caught my attention to even look into GHL was your video regarding the AI receptionist. Since then, I've received your emails talking about the other uses of the AI employee. To get a better understanding on what services I want to offer clients and what to charge, I need to understand what my costs are. For now, I just have the $97/mo. starter plan. During my call today, I learned that the AI Employee is another $97/mo. per sub-account (which includes my business, as it's considered a sub-account). So, my question is this: For each of my client accounts, will my fixed cost (not including email, phone, text) would be $194 ($97+$97)? Curious because you just sent that email about someone selling his service for $399/mo. Thanks for your insights.

@Jarid Orgeron This is exactly what I need. Thank you. FYI: Many of your links no longer work.

Hi @Jarid Orgeron , In the early 80's, I owned an advertising company that was cutting-edge enough to catch the attention of ABC, NBC & CBS News, interviewed by dozens of radio stations and was a guest on a talk show. I'm only sharing this because you simply cannot get any more cutting-edge than the AI Agents backed by the support of GHL. The potential is incredible. The only problem I've found is that I can't seem to get any sleep. 🤩 Thanks for sharing this concept.
Understanding Investment
What caught my attention is your video talking about using the Voice AI with Realtors. I have a LOT of experience in this area and was thinking about setting up a class at the local MLS office. What I don't quite understand yet is if there is a separate fee for the Chat Bots (i.e. receptionist, etc..) in addition to the GHL fees. Trying to figure out my time & monetary investment so that I can get an idea of what I can charge. Thanks.

Very helpful. Thanks Jarid. I believe one of your videos talked about a 30-day "trial" with GHL but this 5-Day Challenge only has a 14-day. Is the 30-day no longer an option?
