I Need Real Guidance From People Who’ve Actually Built Agencies / Automation Businesses
I want genuine guidance from people who have actually built agencies or automation businesses. No hype replies please. I want to think clearly and make the right decisions. I started my automation journey in June 2025. I learned chatbots, workflows, and voice agents. I created content, tried outreach on LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp, and built lead magnets. But even after months of effort, I still don’t have a single proper client. I’m at a stage where I want to continue business, but I don’t want to keep repeating mistakes. I have a few serious questions, and I’d truly appreciate honest answers from people who’ve been through this: 1. Is it actually realistic to grow an automation agency today without already having a brand, money, or network? Or is most internet advice oversimplified? 2. Does being too broad really kill your business? How important is choosing ONE niche, and how do you know when you’ve picked the right one? 3. About real estate: I’ve heard most real estate businesses only care about lead generation and don’t value automation much. Is that true? Do they really not care about follow-up automation or workflow systems? 4. If lead generation sells easier, does it make more sense to start with lead gen first instead of automation? 5. Is it smarter to build long-term automation positioning even if it’s slower, or should someone in my situation focus on something that brings faster money first? 6. For people who were stuck for months or years with no clients and finally broke through – what actually changed for you? Niche, offer, positioning, or mindset? 7. If you were in my position right now, what would be your next 3 practical steps? I genuinely want clarity, not motivational keep going bro replies. I’m ready to work, but I want to move in the right direction with a realistic strategy. If you faced similar struggles and came out of it, I’d really value your perspective.

Stanford’s ACE just rewrote AI training forever
Stanford dropped a new system called ACE that flips AI training on its head. Instead of spending millions retraining models, ACE lets AI rewrite its own instructions — learning from every success and failure. It even beat GPT-4 by 10.6%, runs 86% cheaper, and needs zero training data. The future isn’t bigger models, it’s self-improving AI. check it out here :https://www.linkedin.com/posts/umar-mulla_stanford-just-broke-ai-training-forever-activity-7388794286017875968-Bfmt?utm_source=social_share_send&utm_medium=android_app&rcm=ACoAAEWeivsBygKmlHS9Pe2xAgjaMmnGfh0SsYI&utm_campaign=copy_link
🌱 Small Win to Share 🌱
Hey everyone, I recently took a small but meaningful step, I’ve created my own YouTube channel and uploaded my very first video. It’s about something I’ve been working on for a while: an AI voice calling agent built for a real estate agency. It’s a short demo that shows how AI can actually talk and handle real conversations, something I’ve been really passionate about learning and building. I’m still new to this whole content creation and branding journey, and honestly, it feels exciting but also a bit overwhelming. That’s why I wanted to share it here, not as a promotion, but as a milestone I’m proud of. If any of you are into branding or content creation, I’d love to hear your thoughts. - How do you plan your content schedule? - Which tools do you use to stay consistent or create your videos? - And if you get a minute, I’d really appreciate your honest feedback on my first video, what can I improve or do better next time? I genuinely want to learn and grow in this field, and your input would mean a lot. Thanks to everyone here for being such a supportive space. 🙏 Link to my channel :https://www.youtube.com/@umarmullaai

Best Strategies for Finding Quality Leads and Effective Outreach
Hello everyone, As I have recently started building projects and doing outreach, I would love to learn from your experiences. Could you please share your best tips and strategies for: - Finding quality leads and the best platforms to gather lead data. - Choosing the right platforms for outreach and the correct approach to connect with people. - Writing short and effective outreach messages that increase responses. - Identifying whether someone can be a potential lead before reaching out. - Practical tricks (such as using multiple accounts, or other methods you’ve found useful) that help improve outreach results. For example, if I’m targeting a specific niche like real estate, how can I identify the right potential leads on LinkedIn, and what would be the best way to approach them? Your advice, tips, and tricks would not only help me but also benefit others who are trying to improve their outreach skills. I’d really appreciate any insights you can share. Thank you in advance!
