Yes, sounds good, can't wait. Agent teams or single prompt with multi state? Inbound or outbound? Would say inbound is harder as the receptionist agent needs to be able to handle buyers, sellers, requests for information, lead details collection and property recommendations from a knowledge base. It's like juggling helicopters;)
