I'm still processing what I experienced during day 2 of the workshop. My mind went somewhere else on three or four occasions during tge breat workportion. But I was so busy trying to "do it right" (the breathing) that I failed to write down where I went. The last 'trip' felt like I was either in some sort or trance, or simply fell asleep. Either way, the breath work was profoundly moving. And I can’t wait for today's session! I have a fair amount of trauma and shame to heal from. Thank you!!!
