Bone Marrow
This has come today. Looking forward to adding it to my bone broth / collagen. Hopefully @Stephen Thomas and @Richard Smith agree it may confer a benefit. Its taken nearly 4 weeks from Sweden to come. The only company in the world I could find that sell it.

Rescind my carnivore card!
Grass fed South African beef sausages, 6 eggs scrambled with mushrooms! Take my card away! The mushrooms are NOT for any beneficial health reasons, I just like the taste! 🤣

Anyone used purestep shoes? I can't afford vivo new and these are cheaper new than those second hand lol. Inb4 you get what you pay for. I'm ok with cheap and cheerful because I'm cheap and cheerful too :D

I’ve tried the chocolate, has anyone tried the vanilla ones? Need to reorder and wondered if I should try the vanilla - spice things up a bit 😜😂

Tinned tuna
Anybody else eat Tinned Tuna I do like it but just a tad worried about micro plastics especially in sea food I used to like fresh Tuna steaks

I don't tend to consume tuna alot these days. I have smoked mackerel once a week though.
