Feedback
I’m looking for feedback on how the program can be improved. Anything from the visual appearance, the audio quality, the programming, the explanations, the duration or pacing of the sessions….. Anything and everything is appreciated. My goal is to make this the most accessible free way to change your life towards the best version of yourself. Thanks in advance

Have you considered software that reads chat comments out loud to you during livestreams? You'd be able to stay active in EMOM and exercise programs more effectively, and also be able to better engage in live chat talks in a more fluid fashion... You're great at interacting with your community. But, I notice that you have to chat in batches on breaks or breathers as opposed to fluid conversation in more of a flow state. There's a great tool called Speechat that you could integrate into your YouTube streams... found at speechchat.com

@Adam Phomin ... Yes... you can run SpeechChat through OBS. It works like this: How to use SpeechChat with OBS 1. Open SpeechChat in your browser Go to speechchat.com and log in with your YouTube account. 2. Turn on Text-to-Speech (TTS) Inside SpeechChat → Settings → “Text-to-Speech” Choose your voice, speed, volume, and filters Optional: Set it to only read comments from subscribers/mods/etc. 3. Route SpeechChat audio into OBS In OBS, add “Audio Output Capture” Select your system audio, or the browser audio device SpeechChat uses Now OBS will pick up the spoken comments automatically. 4. You don’t need a browser source unless you want visuals The audio itself works just by capturing your desktop/browser output. If you do want the comment box on screen, add: Browser Source → paste the custom overlay URL from SpeechChat --- Why it helps This lets you stay in motion (especially for EMOM workouts) while still hearing your community in real-time, instead of waiting for breaks to read the screen.
I was on a podcast
Check out this episode of one of my favourite podcasts, where I chat about how we got into farming and the 5 AM squat club! https://podcasts.apple.com/ca/podcast/grazing-grass-podcast-sharing-regenerative-ag-stories/id1514257615?i=1000731920762

Loved the inside peak on your works @Adam Phomin ... and the Jim Rohn nod! "Working harder on ourselves than what we do outside of ourselves" is one of Jim's most profound wisdoms I have learned of his many gems of wisdoms. I kind of wished he didn't deflect son quickly to sheep from that great subject you brought up. Congrats on the entry into podcasts worlds... there'll be many more on your horizons!

@Adam Phomin ... you did great, keep it up! The host was a bit rigid... sticking to the script quite well. I like interviewers that let guests expand on their interests and areas of focus... even if it diverts a bit from scripts.
Horses
I'll bite on this one from today's live comment time. . . horses have a job for humans. Training a horse (or any animal really, but horses very much because of their prey animal nature) can help you grow. It is extreme, especially with a hot blood horse. They have a definitive confidence building and therapeutic role. Even though civilisation was build through human association with horses, today they help humans in the ways described above. I believe the reason humans had such close association with horses in the past was so that the connection was established (not dissimilar to our connection to dogs . . . a far more ancient human-animal connection) for human consciousness healing in this present era. And, they are a GREAT WORKOUT! ;)

Am I the only one that gets angry when horses are used for rodeo? I do... even when bulls are used.
Goal Update + Looking for Some Advice
Hello everyone :) I just want to share my goal and some challenges I'm facing. I hope it'll be easier to achieve the goal if I put it out here! My goal is to finally get a muscle-up by the end of January or February. I’m progressing slowly, but I hope I’ll have enough time to get there! 💪 I also wanted to share something personal that might help someone else reach their goals faster and safer. Around late spring, I started feeling more fatigued during workouts(mainly during the intervals with cardio). I was training more often, but instead of improving, my performance slightly dropped, or it definitely wasn’t getting any better - this was just my observation, and I thought I was just a person who is progressing slowly, so it's ok. I also donate blood every ~60 days, and at some point, I noticed my hemoglobin kept getting lower, and it got very low. After a blood test, I found out my iron levels(also D3) were extremely low (about 4x below the normal range) - likely a mix of frequent training, blood donations, and not the best nutrition, which is very likely the main reason for slow progress and fatigue. So now I'm recovering, keeping up with daily classes, and learning more about nutrition and supplements. @Adam Phomin - I know your diet is very natural, and you probably don't rely much on vitamins, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on supporting the body naturally (or with vitamins) during recovery like this.

I'm not a qualified physician to lean on the proper advice, but can speak for myself... I personally feel ineffective and groggy when I am constantly metabolizing foods. It doesn't feel normal to turn our digestive system into a full time waste factory. I start on a fast when I feel off (started with intermittent fasting at first), and am now up to 3-4 days with no solid foods. By day 2, I feel way better than I do when eating all the time. I feel 3 square meals a day is a great idea when we are growing, but may need to adjust our diet as we age and metabolism changes. I'm now starting to get into functional medicine, using tech and biomarkers to help find issues that would show in blood tests before issues arise to cause disorder and chaos in our lives. Even a few years ago these technologies were not available. They can help find nutrient disorders, early onset disease markers, and even parasite infections & inflammatory issues. Wishing you good health and wellness Yaroslav!

@Yaroslav Hontar ... Iron doesn’t work in isolation. Adequate levels of vitamin B12, folate, copper, and sometimes B6 or riboflavin, are important for red blood cell production. Many people deficient in iron are also low in one or more of these “partner” nutrients. (This is one reason multinutrient “iron support” supplements are common.) At least here in the U.S. about 80% of people ate magnesium deficient... due to industrialized farming practices. I keep celtic sea salt handy at all times, and crunch on a bit... about the size of 3 rice grains... and follow it up with the clean water I drink. Sodium is #3 most important nutrients... followed by oxygen #1 & water #2. The sodium helps the water get into your cells much better, and celtic sea salt carries over 80+ trace minerals that are stripped out of iodized salts. Sodium is highly under-valued, while super important. Ease in on the intermittent fasting... you're right to slow roll that. I gained so much time without food by skipping breakfast, ensuring I was getting into ketosis, then trying to work out as hard as I could when in ketosis. Sometimes a quick sprint and elevated heart rate to simulate being chased by a tiger when stalking it for hunting when super hungry performs magical things internally to our biochemistry. I'm hoping you find your health & wellness back! Consider blood testing to get a forward focused idea of what's going in... not waiting for serious news to come when issues are further advanced...

@Adam Phomin ... I watch the recordings since my sleep has been starting at 2-3 a.m. lately. I enjoyed the sandbag talk about school systems for kids the other day, and wish you a Merry 41st Birthday as well! If you're blessed enough to share time with your Mother still, be sure to contact her and wish her a Happy Mother's Day... she helped bring a great man into this world in you @Adam Phomin !!!

@Adam Phomin ... I will either do what I can with what's available to me while traveling, or listen along while road tripping for work. When Thriving Range kicks off, I will be running your livestreams for clients and myself... as I will open doors at 4 a.m. every day. You're inspiring to more than may meet the eyes now... and will impact the lives of many globally... I can see the futures with quite good accuracy especially! Keep up the good work and efforts @Adam Phomin !!!
