The VMP 2025 Misogi I will be flipping a cedar log in my yard over and over again until it equals the distance of 1 mile! Stats: Red cedarwood log, 8'9" and 85 lbs. 1 mile = 604 flips! The true challenge of this is that I will have a time stipulation of about 7 hours or so, as I'll be trying to complete it before kiddos are home from school! I also have not done any extensive training for this task so it'll truly be a new challenge for me. A true Misogi. The possibility of failure is real. The task is challenging. One log. One flip at a time. One mile!
