Horses
I'll bite on this one from today's live comment time. . . horses have a job for humans. Training a horse (or any animal really, but horses very much because of their prey animal nature) can help you grow. It is extreme, especially with a hot blood horse. They have a definitive confidence building and therapeutic role. Even though civilisation was build through human association with horses, today they help humans in the ways described above. I believe the reason humans had such close association with horses in the past was so that the connection was established (not dissimilar to our connection to dogs . . . a far more ancient human-animal connection) for human consciousness healing in this present era. And, they are a GREAT WORKOUT! ;)
Happy Baby
I'm watching live now and writing while you get set up. I would like to recommend trying out the happy baby pose with 2 fingers wrapped around your big toes. Hands facing inward with the index and middle finger wrapped around the top of the toe between it and the 2nd digit. It provides me more stability.
AMRAP Monday
Instead of just dong EMOMs everyday, I was thinking about doing some AMRAPs (As Many Reps As Possible) as well. This type of format will teach you how to pace yourself for different durations of intensity. Thoughts?

@Adam Phomin I'm not worried about it. I'm happy and grateful for the workout.

@Adam Phomin I don't see how anyone has time to interact live and still workout. I was thinking maybe they have a voice recognition software or something because I can't imaging typing while working out.
Skool group created
Adam, I just started my skool group using your invite link. I tried monetising social media once many years ago with a topic that my heart focuses on deeply and failed miserably. Who knows, maybe I can learn something about it and also support myself a little through this community. Here is the link to the new club . . . https://www.skool.com/know-thyself-club-2937/about?ref=777af10b348f41e986b44bbad3ceaeed
Turkish Get up
This morning was a sweaty one. I've never personally broken down the TGU into components and train those for reps. I really enjoyed that this morning (especially the extra challenge of slipping in my own sweat). I see so much practical application of those pieces, on the farm. What were your thoughts on those today? Fun? Valuable?... Obviously, if you have't done the workout, get off Skool, and go do it!

@Adam Phomin I just did them on the replay after our live session this morning. I REALLY needed that. Thank you very much! I think I'll double up this morning and do yesterday's workout now.

@Adam Phomin I wish I could comment during the live, but my computer won't let me for some reason.
