Daily journal day 58
Date: 5 January 2026 Day: monday One thing I want to remember today: I am learning as I go, and that’s okay. Progress can be quiet and still matter. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? Woke up for fajr and then slept again Then woke up at 10:30 AM Slept at 12:00 AM What data will I look up after a month or year? How many days I practiced learning. Time wasted vs time used well. Reminders: ● Consistency will bring results. ● Don’t compare your journey with others. Day Start Section 10:30 -11:00 had tea 11:00-12:30 did household chores and lunch preparation 12:30- 2:00 went to doctor 2:00-2:15 read zuhr namaz 2:30-3:30 had lunch 4:00-5:30 took a nap 5:30-5:45 read asar namaz 5:45-6:15 did dinner preparation 6:15-6:30 read maghrib namaz 6:30-7:30 attended guests 7:45-8:00 read maghrib namaz 8:00-9:00 had dinner 9:00-10:30 spent time with family and attended guest 10:30-11:30 spent time on phone 11:30-12:00 went to sleep Practice: Practice gratitude every day. Practice learning from mistakes. Day Close Section Wins of the Day: read all namaz on time. Gave time to guests and family Mistakes / Learnings: didn't make time to learn. Not every day needs to be productive to be meaningful. Prayer Times: Fajr: 6:10 AM Zohar: 2:00 PM Asr: 4:30 PM Maghrib: 6:30 PM Isha: 7:45 PM Tahajjud: 4:30 AM.
