@Americo Da Costa 👋 There’s already a lot here that feels intentional - especially the connection between the live broadcasting offer and the way you visually present it. -- ✅ What I’d keep: The strongest piece for me is: “Show up → Speak → I’ll Handle The Rest.” That’s simple, memorable, and gives your offer a clear mechanism. It tells me I don’t need to become a livestream tech expert or spend hours repurposing everything myself - I bring the expertise, you help handle the production side. Your main visual supports that nicely too, especially with Skool, LinkedIn, Substack and YouTube shown together. It makes the multi-platform idea tangible instead of just talking about “building authority.” -- 🧪 What I’d test first: Bring that practical outcome much earlier into the copy. Right now you begin with: “This community is for experts who want to build authority and credibility…” Nothing wrong with that, but “authority and credibility” are still fairly abstract. A cold visitor has to keep reading before understanding what you actually help them do. I’d test something in the direction of: “Turn one live show into authority-building content across Skool, LinkedIn, Substack and YouTube - without handling all the repurposing yourself.” Then your existing: “Show up → Speak → I’ll Handle The Rest.” can reinforce it underneath. Not necessarily those exact words, but I’d make WHO + live broadcasting + multi-platform content + less work for them obvious much faster. -- 🐬 This is only the Short Review - one thing I’d keep + the first thing I’d test. The full audit goes through your About Page across 15 Copy + Visual checks, including your overall score, check-by-check breakdown, additional issues this short review doesn’t cover, and specific recommendations for what to improve. Your PAP (Personal Audit Page) then gives you the personalized summary, screenshots, #1 priority + 1st move, and access to the full audit in one place.

Roast my Skoolers post
And I would like specially @Alexandra Alexa input on this. Here is the post. And here is the copy paste of it in case you don't own a group: This is one of my most successful posts, but the definition of motivation, discipline, commitment and as @Alexandra Alexa puts it as mindset can vary from people to people, coach to coach, book to book. So definitions and languages are complicated, but we can discuss the ideas behind them hopefully without getting stuck on the linguitic obstacles. ---->How to not give up on Skool These are the things I did in order to not give up on Skool despite the hard beggining and the disapointments I had. 1. Getting Motivation: - Motivation is knowing what you want and why you should do it. - I was always motivated to make enough money online to give my wife time to raise our daghter and keep working from home without both of us having to work in the office. - A solid plan is what helped me have a strong motivation. I know how much I need to make, I know why, I know the possibilities. But mot importantly: I know what I should be doing right now. A plan is not useful if you can't break it into actionable tasks that you could be doing today. And without a plan it's hard to keep yourself motivated. 2. Keeping Discipline: - Discipline is doing the stuff you should do even when you don't feel like it. And that is specially hard for content creators. - How do I keep myself consistently having content? I don't focus on thinking about content and waiting for inspiration. I just commit to help people out regularly. And by helping people I get an unlimited source of content. Someone asks for support or feedback, I help, think that other people might need what I wrote, and there you go, content. 3. Staying Commited - Commitment is to persist on doing the thing even after you realize it's harder than you thought, afer it gets boring and after you start doubting on how promissing it is. - I work with a lot of people that were only commited to their projects for 1 or 2 months. And most of the time the problem is mismatched expectations. Success does not come easy and quickly, no matter how good your idea is. Everything that is worth takes time and effort. - But we don't want to persist in something that does not work right? So here comes the last piece:

Paulo, since you asked us to roast the lesson, not the copy - here’s mine 🔥 The strongest part for me is the lived experience behind it. You’re not talking about motivation from a book. You explain why you kept going, how helping people became your content engine, and how feedback made you change what wasn’t working. That makes the post believable. Where I think it gets weaker is in the definitions. Motivation, discipline, commitment and mindset overlap so much that people can easily start debating the words instead of using the lesson 😄 I’d frame them less as universal definitions and more as your 4 anchors for not quitting: Know WHY you’re doing it - and what you need to do today. Help people consistently instead of waiting for inspiration. Keep going after the excitement disappears. Let feedback change the plan - not necessarily the goal. And I actually think #4 is the strongest part of the whole post. You didn’t simply “stay committed” to the original idea. You listened, realized something wasn’t working, adjusted it - and then got your first 20 paid members in the first week. That’s a much more useful lesson than simply “never give up.” My roast in one sentence: Strong lesson - but the real gold starts once you leave the definitions behind 😄 🔥
👋 Hi everyone - I’m Roberto from Zagreb, Croatia 🇭🇷
I’ve been in business and marketing for 30+ years, and these days I help Skool community owners turn their expertise and communities into profitable online businesses. My main focus is a simple 3C approach: 🔴 Content - attract the right people 🔵 Conversation - build trust 🟢 Conversion - turn that trust into clients What caught my attention about Roast & Promote is the idea of getting honest feedback without the usual sugar-coating. After enough years in business, I’ve learned that useful criticism is often more valuable than polite applause 😄 Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, sailing the Adriatic, or playing football or basketball with friends. I’m here mostly to look around, see how people approach the roasting part, learn from the feedback, and hopefully contribute something useful when I can. Looking forward to meeting you all 🧭 P.S. and yes - since I’m here, you’re more than welcome to roast my About Page too :) 🔥 https://www.skool.com/navigator/about
