Roast my community idea (launched today)
I launched How I today, a Skool community where people build in public. They show how they do things while they do them, and get feedback from people who do the same. Every post starts with "How I". It's free for now, text only, and I'm building it in public, one step per post. I'd love your honest take on three things: 1/ Is it clear what How I is? 2/ Would you join? Why or why not? 3/ What would make you come back? Roast the idea, not me ;) Here it is. ✌️

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster fair roast, and thanks for tagging people! Text only is my choice for now, so I can post every day. But you're right that some "hows" are easier to show than to tell.

@Ettjen Jansingh that would be really nice, would love having you onboard sometime soon
BBQ Sunday: Queijo Coalho
Queijo Coalho is a brazilian non melting cheese that you typically find in Brazilian beaches sold roasted on a stick. It's one of my favorite beach treats. By the way, the competition or the Roaster of the Week is still very easy. If you want to win, 3 good roasts are enough to get you from 0 to top. Tomorrow the winner will be announced and get a pinnes promotion post at the top for a whole week, as well as having that post in my classroom at the trophy case. @Ruben Plasmeijer was the first winner and months after he won he still got members from here. Next week the month is over and all of the top roasters will be back to the competition. 🔥 So are you roasting today?

They’re not exactly the same but it’s very similar to Halloumi cheese, maybe you guys know this. I usually buy it as a replacement and love grilling it and eating it with a little bit of honey.
Build a strong brand without showing your face
Personal branding is awesome, but it's not for everyone. And those who say you need to show your face in order to succeed are spreading a fake myth. @Adal Bueno grew a LinkedIn page to over 215k followers without showing his face or making regular posts. And he is showing how he did it Faceless Founders. He has the biggest brazilian page for talking about geting jobs abroad. It's all about method. Build your brand the right way and people will join it without having to see your face. Want to have a sneak peak on his method? Check the Invisible by Design course in my classroom!

🔥 Roast my poast 🔥
I guide solopreneurs to build a business without pretending to be someone they're not. That's the gap I found doing the Day 1 exercise. The exercise asks for 3 things: - The operator - The painful number - And the broken mechanism The operator came quickly. Solopreneurs with real expertise who tried the content game and felt wrong doing it. Not lazy. Not afraid. Just not themselves. The broken mechanism was also clear. Personal visibility. Daily content. A personal brand that turns a specialist into a content machine. The painful number was harder. And honestly I didn't find it yet, maybe you can help me in the comments. The framework asks for a metric — hours wasted, revenue lost, conversion rate. I kept looking for data, but I fell that the real number in this gap isn't in a spreadsheet. It could be hours per week lost to content that never converts or maybe the years building an audience that doesn't translate into revenue. It could be the slow realization that the model asks you to perform daily just to stay visible. For some people, the most painful number is how long they spent being someone else before they stopped. That's not always measurable, I feel. Ah, I chose "guide" over "help" deliberately. Invisibl3 is not a course you consume. It is a system you execute. My role here is not to teach — it is to share my findings and learnings and guide you through the same path I'm walking. Maybe you can help me on finding the painful number? ✌️
