Roast my classroom organization
I feel like my classroom is too busy and people are probably getting lost/overwhelmed. What are your initial thoughts as you see this? The first screenshot is the full classroom layout, they following three of closer ups of the modules so you can read them a bit better. For some context, I do direct new members the very first module (Orientation & The Essentials) in my welcome DM. At the end of those lessons, it directs them to the Money Confidence Challenge. And at the end of that challenge, the final lesson takes them to the Setting the Stage module. I'm realizing that I should probably then lead them into the 90-Day Roadmap, which gives them the full breakdown, week by week. One other note, my full 'training' includes a foundation module and then four pillars, which are all currently separate courses. I originally did that so you didn't open one thing up and see 60 lessons, but now I'm wondering if I should put it all together in one course to make the classroom itself seem less overwhelming. Would love to hear any and all thoughts and feedback! Thank you!

@Laura Paulina That's awesome, congrats!! Happy to answer any questions if something ever comes up for you!
Are you using tiers??
I'm stirring up the old argument about Free/Paid/Tiered communities because I'm thinking about adding tiers to my community and curious how or if it's been working for others. Adding tiers last year was quite the rage at the time, but not sure how it's worked out and if it did in a positive way. The new meta here on skool now that we have Growth Boost seems to be a low ticket $9 community with the 7 day free trial and people are running to it in groves to make a quick buck. I'm not sure if this is the way either. I've also seen a few videos by skool insiders like Calvin Hollywood saying don't chase the current meta and hang onto the tiers, as skool is about to put a lot more into that after Growth Boost settles down. What seems to be working for people here and your communities? Vote below if you can.

@Steve Atencio Do you think you'd do all paid tiers or freemium?

@Steve Atencio Yes, I've seen success at all different levels but $25-50-ish does seem to be a sweet spot. And yes, you do deserve to get paid for the work you are putting in and your expertise!!
MY REASONS FOR HAVING STARTED MY SKOOL COMMUNITY
I've been married five times. When I met the man who was to become my fifth husband, he, finally, was the one. He was my North Star, my absolute soulmate. When he died suddenly, I was brought to my knees by a devastating, soul-shattering grief. I had to learn, from scratch, how to put my pieces back together and navigate the ultimate emotional fallout. Through life’s wildest highs, lowest lows, and total reinventions, I learned a universal truth: divorce or loss wasn’t the end of my story — it was the beginning of my new life. That is exactly why my friend and partner, life coach Ailsa and I wrote our book ('Leap' available on Amazon) and created the Divorce Survivors Club. We built this warm, private, safe club to guide women through every stage of the storm HERE'S MY 'ABOUT' PAGE. I'D SINCERELY APPRECIATE FEEDBACK: You are a woman navigating divorce or separation grief, and yearn for liberation and joy? You ask, what exactly do I get when I join? - Complete Course Library: Step-by-step modules helping you through grief. - Including Begin Again and Dating After Divorce. - Companion Work: Exercises to quiet your inner critic and set firm boundaries.  - Private Community Hub: A safe space to connect with women who truly understand.  - Live Q&A Coaching: Regular support from co-founders author Gwynne Conlyn and life coach Ailsa McDermott (LEAP on Amazon).  OUR VIP OPTION For the woman who wants highly personalised navigation through the storm: - Private 1:1 confidential support via Zoom, WhatsApp, or email. - Recorded sessions so you can revisit your breakthroughs at any time. Co-founded by author Gwynne Conlyn and life coach Ailsa McDermott (our book about divorce and separation, LEAP is on Amazon). Join our free Divorce Survivors Club now.

I don't love the first two lines being questions. Especially the first one feels like you are unsure if that's who you are looking for. Even just swapping you and are so it reads: Are you a woman navigating divorce or separation grief, and yearn for liberation and joy? And I think the second one would be better as a statement: Here's what you'll find inside or Here's exactly what's included.

@Gwynne Conlyn You're welcome!
Do you care about automation?
[ROAST MY LESSON] I'm writing this seconds after hearing about it. Skool's automation sucks. I explain why in detail here. Basically you have no APIs, no N8N nodes, the backend is messy and Zapier triggers are stupid and limited. It's not worth it paying for a pro community for automation purposes. Panda fixes a lot of those issues. Their DM manager is much much better than the one you can get at pro skool. You get a CRM, you can schedule posts, your whole skool experience gets much better and now... Panda just updated to 4.0 and brought us webhooks! Thank you @Claudio Campobassi ! So now the possibilities are endlless. If you tried to automate skool before, you know how much of a big deal this is. I know @Shannon Boyer @Des Dreckett and @Mona Weathers strugled with it. Now you're not limited to the 2 shitty triggers zappier offers you. Here are the webhooks you can use with panda: - New member joins (unlike the zapier one, this is not limited to paid members) - Tier upgrade - Tier downgrades - Member starts cancelling - Card declined - Member left (churned) - Level up - Yearly renewal due - Switched to annual - Classroom purchase You can start your free trial today and get the best skool addon for a third of the price of a pro community. And if you do subscribe using my link, I will upgrade you to premium for free at this community.
