What process change actually stuck instead of fading?
A lot of changes feel good for a week — then disappear. What’s one process change you made that actually stuck?Something that’s now automatic instead of effort. That’s the stuff that compounds long-term.

In terms of content, I spend 1 day of the week batch filming all of my content. Only takes around 2-3 hours a day, but my content is consistent throughout the whole week. I've tried everything such as filming everyday or splitting the days but I realized that just spending the time filming 1 day worked best for me and I encourage anyone who is struggling with content to try it and let me know what they think!
TokAudit
I had been working with this 2 Chrome extensions to get better ideas for my content. 1. TokAudit https://www.tokaudit.io/ - Give me in a glance all the information of a creator. Now they have a payment price 2. TOKGPT https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tokgpt-chatgpt-for-tiktok/mcafakolcafklfjbogkhhgmfgpbfapdb - ChatGPT on TikTok.

This is awesome! I actually built something extremely similar. It's an AI automation that scrapes any social media platform's content that aligns with my biz and generates me new scripts. I just plug in the usernames of people's content that inspires me or my competitors and it makes the content discovery process extremely easy. It's great to see other people doing the same! Good stuff @Gabriel Neuman
Struggling to keep up with content creation? You’re not alone…
I remember when I first tried to grow my business with video content. I would spend hours brainstorming ideas, filming, and editing… only to realize that my videos weren’t reaching the audience I wanted. I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and honestly, a little lost. 😅 That’s when I discovered the power of systems, repurposing, and having a team to support the process. Suddenly, content creation became manageable, and I was able to post consistently without burning out. I know a lot of members here are probably facing the same challenges: Struggling to consistently create persuasive videos 📹 Not sure how to repurpose content efficiently 🔄 Feeling overwhelmed building a team or managing processes 👥 💬 I’d love to know what’s the biggest challenge you’re facing with video content right now? Let’s share ideas and help each other out. And if anyone needs personal tips or guidance, feel free to slide into my DMs I’m happy to help! ✨ Https://wa.me/447388189933

I struggle with content burnout myself. As someone who is learning ai automation I was able to automate my content discovery for all platforms and it makes a massive difference. I found creating content a lot easier when I dedicated maybe 2-3 hours 1 day of the week to batch film all my content for the week and repeat it every 7 days. My best advice would be to systemize your content that works with you and your schedule in a way that keeps you posting consistently.
7 Voice AIs. 1 App. 429 Tests. $0
If you've been wanting to add voice AI to your project but can't decide which provider to use... I felt the same way. So I built something using my own 'Apex Spec System' (https://github.com/moshehbenavraham/apex-spec-system). It's called Voice Agent PuPuPlatter. (Yes, like the appetizer sampler at a Chinese restaurant.) One app. Seven voice AI providers. All in one tabbed interface. Here's what's included: → ElevenLabs (Widget + SDK modes) → OpenAI Realtime API → xAI Grok → Ultravox → Vapi → Retell You can switch between them instantly and compare the experience yourself. Each provider has: • Real-time transcripts • Audio visualization • Function calling demos • Automatic reconnection The UI is modern glassmorphism design. Works on mobile. Fully accessible. If interested, I also recorded a video tutorial series showing exactly how to set up your own ElevenLabs agent from scratch (links in the Repo). 5 videos. Step by step. Tech stack if you're curious: React 19 + TypeScript + Vite + Tailwind CSS 429+ tests included. Docker support for easy deployment. It's 100% free and open source. GitHub link: https://github.com/moshehbenavraham/Voice-Agent-PuPuPlatter Let me know which voice provider you've been eyeing!

This is seriously valuable. Especially with people that are doing faceless UGC or any faceless social media. I'm going to check this out and see how I can implement it into my content. Thank you @Max Gibson
