Creating a Private Trust for my Mum!
Good evening, I"m researching and learning how to create a private Trust on here for my mother's estate. Has anyone else done their own Private Trust already?

Yes I had a feeling they would be riddled with nasty clauses and huge interest!!!
Council tax bot.
Used the Chat bot on this for 1st time yesterday and its pretty amazing. Ended up receiving 35 docs from it regarding my case. I asked it a couple of important questions through the process, of which i thought would be relevent for others fighting council tax in this group. Tried copying and pasting the whole discussion into a post but it would only paste the first paragraph, so i'm assuming you can only put so much content in the posts via the copy and paste system? Although i'm sure i've seen members post their whole script before now? Anyway, as the pot is an ardent document giver i have loads of work to do in the upcoming days! Lol Later guys.

Council Tax HMRC AI Assistant going live https://t.me/+hckJhpjP8so1NTc8
The Council Tax AI and Agent Light will go live tomorrow, It will solve many Council Tax issues using Legislation, Halsbury and Case law. This is at the test stage, and for this group only. Later it will go outside the group to actually turn the tide, i hope. I will set up a group on Telegram for this, (tonight) and then go through what it is, and how to use it at 7.30pm Thursday. I will post the new Telegram group here later. This only the test phase, and is only for Skool members, or people that i select for value. 😃 Update: The Ai incorporated HMRC bolt on pack. I’ve reviewed the update, and here’s what this AI can now do for Council Tax (CT) and HMRC enforcement: 1. Purpose of the Bolt-On 1.A. Extends the Novice A–E (Stages 1–5) framework from Council Tax into HMRC enforcement. 1.B. Not a standalone system – it plugs into CT AI Light. 1.C. Substitutes HMRC statutes/enforcement pathways into the same legal and advocacy logic. 2. Scope of the AI 2.A. Restricted to Novice A–E stages (1–5) only. 2.B. Intermediate and Advanced strategies are excluded. 2.C. Outputs it can generate for both CT and HMRC: i. Checklists ii. Courtroom Scripts (150–300 words) iii. Remedy Maps (Refusal, Adjournment, Injunction, Restitution, Damages) iv. Authorities (Statute + Case Law + Halsbury) v. Worked Examples and Training Tools. 3. Statutory Substitution Map (CT ↔️ HMRC) Reg.19 Demand Notice (CT) ↔️ TMA 1970 ss.28C/29 Assessment (HMRC). Regs.34–36 Summons (CT) ↔️ HMRC CCJ or Enforcement Order. Flat-rate Costs (Nicolson principle) ↔️ HMRC Enforcement Costs/Fees. Bulk Summons (CT) ↔️ Bulk CCJs (HMRC). Remedies identical: refusal, adjournment, injunction, restitution, damages. 4. Workflow i. Stage 1 – Jurisdiction: check valid assessment/service. ii. If HMRC clears Stage 1, move to Stage 2 – Fairness (EqA/HRA safeguards). iii. Escalate step by step through Stage 3 → Stage 4 → Stage 5. iv. Always apply the Remedy Ladder: Refuse → Adjourn → Injunction → Restitution → Damages.

Council Tax SAR result
Greetings you fabulous Sovereign folk, I want to share an update of my SAR with my local council. It’s absolutely shocking on two levels. Firstly they of course have omitted the most relevant information of sharing my data with two enforcement agents, Bristow and Sutor and Dukes. Also no details of any court proceedings or liability orders issued. Secondly and Most shockingly, they have also incorporated another person’s private medical information amongst my 60 page bundle!!!! Breaching Data Protection for some poor lady!

Summons? Visit to Weymouth Magistrates Court
So I'd decided to actually go to the council Tax court summons. Just came out. I'd sent the case file (bundle) to both the courts and dorset council (see attached) last week (recorded/signed for). Dimebar was super helpful in getting these documents together. The hearing was at 9am so got there early and spoke with the council 'rep' who was a 'jobsworth' kind of fella. Helpful but limited understanding of legal/law stuff. I was suited up and maybe thats the reason that i was not stopped or requested to talk to anyone, let alone settle the alleged charge. The council guy said these days are once a month on friday's and todays 'list' was 1,400. I did ask how the magistrate or council could give these 'consideration' and he laughed and said they can't 'its all done by batch' approval. So Dave and me (the other guy who showed up) waited to see the magistrate and eventually we were shown in to the tiered room with about 10 people sat at 3 levels. We were asked to stand and i said I'd rather not. I was asked if i was [fiction] and i said i was the authorised representative for [fiction] estate... they looked around and agreed. They then said that the hearing has been postponed to 2nd september. I asked if they received my case file and they said 'yes' and 'we will read it at the hearing on the 2nd'. That was it pretty much. Thanks again Dave Dimebar and others on here for your support and advice... all MUCH appreciated. I'd welcome any further amends/suggestions for the case file as I've a few weeks to prepare...
