Jersey Private Discretionary trust
Does a jersey trust need to be registered in the Uk TRS System? if not why not?

Brilliant stuff as usual Dave, as i finished my docs in trust about 2 months ago and was more or less wondering the same thing as David Wilson. Pretty sure i have done everything correctly and have followed the 3 certaintees 100%. All witnessed and finished!

Private Group Meetings
Hi everyone, we had our last PGM of 2025 tonight, wow that year went fast eh? But the entire years worth of PGMs is in the recorded meetings classroom for 2025, we will open a new classroom for the PGMs for 2026 The next meetings will be on 6th January 2026 at 7.30pm for Affiliate Marketing and Thursday 8th for PGM as normal. These will all be up in the calendar section. Thank you for all of the support and sharing from you all over the last year. Looking forward to sharing 2026s ups and downs with you all too. Lowells dismissed my sar3 and overdales solicitors letter
Hi sent sars 3 still no reply from lowells today received a letter from Overdales Legal Limited. Saying I have 7day make arrangements or they will take court action

I recall on last phone call you said you'd found something that said they could not use AOE on private pension and it looks like you re-found it and its true.
