Introduction & Breaking the Ice
Hello everyone, I am truly honored to be here and excited to connect with all of you. My name is Nate Pharmer-Eden, and I am based in Janesville, Wisconsin. I have been investing in real estate since 2017, transitioning into commercial real estate (CRE) in 2024, with a primary focus on multifamily properties. My experience includes completing value-add deals such as a 12-unit and a 54-unit property in North Carolina. My team and I are vertically integrated with property management and construction, which allows us to oversee and optimize every aspect of our investments for maximum value. My overarching goal with multifamily investing is to continue scaling my portfolio by identifying and executing value-add opportunities, primarily in the Carolinas. Additionally, I am focused on expanding my investor network and refining our systems for capital raising, deal execution, and asset management. I am also deeply passionate about educating other investors on the advantages of syndication and creating opportunities for passive income. I am also the Co-Host of the Forged In Fire podcast, where we explore entrepreneurial journeys and discuss valuable business insights. Multifamily, value-add! My Buy Box is 20+ - 99 units. I like to be a little bigger than most folks can close on their own, and a little too small for the huge Black Rocks of the world to focus on. I love B and C class assets. Vintage, newer than 1960's.
Zoom Call With Broker
The broker set up a zoom call tomorrow to speak about an offer I sent him. 🤯🤯🤯😳😳😳. I’m hoping I’m able to think on my feet and answer what they need/want to know but I still have no idea what I’m doing
