I am hard on myself and I like hiking 🌳
A little reflection around my mental health and how heading out into the mountains seems to be the ultimate cure. Campfire. Widdling. Sleeping in hammocks. Not a person in sight. By a river. Clean air. No phones (almost, had to get some content). Brotherhood. I’ve been in such a beautiful meditative state ever since getting back, a state that I very rarely find myself in with my chaotic mind. When I’m out in the wild I connect with a different part of myself. An even more playful version. More innocent. Less worried. Fully present. It’s like… why do all this shit if you’re not gonna enjoy yourself? I very much enjoy my work, and I am also running on deep performance programming. I used to think I wasn’t an anxious person, until I grew up and realized that 50% of my entire childhood I spent in a state of anxiety, due to my performance complex, always needing to impress. And that programming is still very much there in the shadows. And it keeps me from disconnecting from work/mission life. It’s the very programming I am seeking to transcend, yet also the programming that got me to where I am today. What am I saying with this post? That reconnecting with the land gave me a sense of peace that I have not experienced in a while, and I desire more of that. Because at the end of the day, it is when I can bring this energy of spaciousness and peace, into my work week, that things really start looking like New Earth. We are our business. We are this mission. So it is important we take time for our own health and healing. I guess that’s my point with this post. I am seriously writing this as a reminder to myself. Thor, go hiking every weekend if you desire. Take care of yourself. Trust your own flow. There is no rush. We have all the time in the world to build. Blessings. Happy Sunday. ❤️🙏

Love this! 🤍 And made the same conclusion after my OFFLINE WEEK last week. I was offline for one week and that means in my life: there is nothing else, just me. No family, no pets, child’s, friends. Even no watch. I live alone here in a small place in the mountains and I heard my voice first time after 3 days when I talked to the seller in the supermarket.. But I came down to my inner voice, bird view from above on my life: What do I like? What not? Where am I „lieing to myself“. Where am I people pleasing again? Where did I built the next golden cage? And then the conclusion: I have time. Healing the world is not a 5-year business, it’s a whole life purpose. And this is okay. What is one life in order to 5000 years of domination? Time is an illusion and I accept „that the world is burning“. Burning is part of the solution. We are in time. Everything is okay, don’t rush. Be clear, hold the line, but don’t burn out. I got so much peace inside of me after this week. Recommend you to take as much day as possible going complete off.🤍
Involution vs. Evolution
Hey everyone! I’d love to get a sense of something: Do you know about the Theory of Involution (instead of Evolution)? I’m currently wondering how well-known this topic is in the conscious/spiritual community. Feel free to drop a “I know it” or “Never heard of it” (or anything similar) in the comments. The photo is just to catch your attention and share some good vibes — took it recently and love the energy! 🥰

@Eileen Robles Hey Eileen, I shared a few thoughts with Sahar in the comments – maybe there’s something in there for you too! 🙌🏻

Vegan or non vegan?
What's your experience guys with food. I'm so confused because there's so many people who say vegan ist the best, you can do. And then a few years later they say yeah. I started eating meat again and this is the best ever. Then they are the guys who say don't eat anything to do with flour. Then they are the guys who say yeah. A lot of protein animal protein. I just don't know who the fuck speaks the truth. What is the collective wisdom here?

@Meg Bee Plants are just as much consciousness as animals, humans — even stones. We all come from the same source of consciousness. Our “roles” are simply different. If your concern is reducing the number of plants consumed, then I’d actually recommend a vegan or fruit-based diet even more. Here’s why: When someone eats meat, they’re passively consuming plants too — because the animal’s body mass was built from other animals and/or plants. A concrete example: For a pig to reach a slaughter weight of 100 kg, it needs to eat around 200–300 kg of soy, corn, and grain. The feed conversion ratio is about 1:3. That means a human could just directly eat those 200–300 kg of soy, corn, and grain. With cows, the ratio is even worse — between 1:7 and 1:16! So 1 kg of beef can require up to 16 kg of plants. And the irony? The more “natural” or organic the animal is raised, the worse the ratio becomes. Why? Because natural plant diets make the animals grow more slowly. And in today’s industrial system, slow growth is expensive — which is why animals are fed lab-designed high-growth feed to speed everything up unnaturally. Even with wild animals — a deer, for example, has eaten far more plants than it weighs. So not eating animals is actually plant protection (if we follow that logic). But as I said: we don’t need to put things into our bodies to absorb their frequency.

@Meg Bee Exactly, that’s what it’s all about – finding our own way - together. Thank you for the exchange.
Eat for your bloodtype?
Is this possible or a scam. Whatever you think awereness and knowledge is always key for longevity and health!

I feel that the idea of eating animals is part of the matrix and not true. But why blood types are different and what could be the spiritual background about this I want to figure out now 🤩

@Tore Jungebro i don’t know much about this, but aren’t every human „mixed up“ with blood from any line? One thought more: Our blood is materia, but materia is just 1 %. So, perhaps, if a human want something by the bottom of its heart, he can change any materia by mind. But from a holistic view I think that killing animals is the energetic answer to the shadow energy’s since 5000 years. Also for animals, there was a time where predators didn’t hunt, they just ate cadavers (same as humans, if the didn’t fount fruits and nuts). And in much higher frequency we ate nothing material, just energy and light. The higher a humans energy the lighter his food.
Would like some opinions
I have been contemplating becoming an Ikigai coach. I wonder, does anyone have any thoughts to share on this style of coaching? Pic for attention and the adorableness

I love the wording! 🤩 Finding, expressing and monetizing our Ikigai is very important for us! I know my ikigai like since a was born but many people around me feel like: Natalija how you know what is your cry why - I don’t feel anything in my heart! So: VERY IMPORTANT! 😍
