Vegan or non vegan?
What's your experience guys with food. I'm so confused because there's so many people who say vegan ist the best, you can do. And then a few years later they say yeah. I started eating meat again and this is the best ever. Then they are the guys who say don't eat anything to do with flour. Then they are the guys who say yeah. A lot of protein animal protein.
I just don't know who the fuck speaks the truth. What is the collective wisdom here?
