First Official Masterclass - Learnings
So, today I managed to do my first masterclass. Wow what an experience. Here are the wins and losses: Wins: - First class done and in the books - I had 6 people attend and stay until the end of the 90 minutes - I had fun. - I pulled an offer/stack together that I feel is good/ Losses: - I ran long so that I couldn't go through the stack fully. - I have a problem with the sales page, so I couldn't post the offer, but did say it will be available until Sunday at 5 pm - I didn't get the invites going until May 1, so it impacted turnout. - I have lots of opportunity to streamline the presentation. I feel great, and will now make a new slight edit and prepare for my next session. 1 down, 51 more to go!
Perfect Webinar - Day 10 - Lessons Learned
Well the Perfect Webinar script, may be perfect, but mine was not, and that is OK. Yesterday I ran my Webinar and here are the results: 12 new leads registered - yeah 0 leads attended - hmmm I am using this process like a science experiment, avoiding getting emotionally attached, and testing to see what works until I get it right. What worked: - I got some new leads - I built the funnel - I built the slide deck - I ran a facebook ad targeting 10 different groups and discovered who was most interested. - I built a stack that I am super excited about. (this to me was the best part) What didn't work - I had a few issues the emails, getting these right I believe is key to people showing up - I wasn't everywhere in my social media for organic reach. Next steps: I am going to re-invite people to attend live on Sunday, to see if I can get attendance. I am going to adjust the ads targeting for the next Webinar for Thursday 17th. I am going to fix all the emails to improve show up. I am going to work on the Dream 100 activity.

@Dana Crysler-Crombach Ironically, the bravery is what my webinar is about. It wouldn't be on brand if I didn't put myself out there. Here is what I know to be true, you audience is small at the start, and so is the risk. If we wait until it is perfect, we may miss having an audience and growing out business.

@Akhila Saroha Oh, I haven't lost those leads. I still have their emails and phone numbers, so I will follow up with each of them individually.
Day 8 and 9 of Perfect Webinar
On Day 8, I launched my Facebook Ad, it started well, but now seems to have slowed down to a crawl. I currently have 10 people registered for my Webinar. Yesterday, I worked on my Stack and pricing. A great aha moment from the Prime Mover Q&A around pricing, is to consider how much is cost you in time and effort to get this knowledge that your sharing. I am now very excited about my stack and the offer. It even made me realize that I could increase the price, so I will use that in my urgency, to indicate that the price will increase. 2 days til the webinar, so now I am madly working on slides, and put out short reels to invite people to attend, and doing a LinkedIn Live about it today. I would ideally like 25 people in attendance, any suggestions on how to get more people I would gladly appreciate.

@Akhila Saroha Yes, very true. The method I used, did give me better insight into targeting which audiences respond better. So my next set of ads should see an improvement
Day 7 of My Perfect Webinar
So, today I launched my Facebook Ads, it has been a few years, so it took a bit of work to figure out the changes. I have applied a technique to find my market (which I learned from Frank Kern). I have created 10 - $5/day ads, targeting different markets to see who is ideal for my program. The post is very simple and direct, using language from Dan Kennedy. Once, FB helps me find my ideal clients, I will adjust my marketing in that direction. My goal is to have 25 people in my webinar this week, with 2 Sales. I also have a series of videos that I will post daily on LinkedIn, FB, IG, and TikTok for reach. First week of learning, and testing to see what will happen. Getting it done is better than being perfect.
