Question of the Day ❓❓
What’s the one client red flag you ignored that came back to bite you?

Had a client take more control than needed. The results were OK, but he wanted to involve me in other marketing work, so he was happy to begin with. He started taking more control, up to the point where he told me to stop the GHL sms automations, because he wanted to text them manually (I stupidly obliged). When I told him to call the leads, his excuse was that he couldn't understand them, even though he's local. On a side-note, his detailing shop was top-notch, amazing equipment, good location, so he clearly has good money, but still was rattled when results didn't EXPLODE in 😂 Later on, for some reason he started acting out and blamed everything on me and "lead quality" 😂
Leads or schedule?
Hey guys, as the title says, when running landing page ads for your own agency, should you optimize for the conversion event "Leads" or "Schedules"? Are there any advantages to optimizing for schedules? Or should I just stick to leads? Hoping this isn't a vague/generic question 😂

@Marvin S yeah you're right. I also think schedule campaigns seem to be too expensive. So definitely not a fit for me hahaha
Feedback - Landing Page
Hey guys, been running ads for my own agency for some time. Ads wise, it's going very well. For the current adset running, CTR (all) is sitting at 2.87, and the CTR is at 1.63. My main limitation seems to be the landing page (https://hypefluxmedia.com/home002), this one specifically is relatively new, but it still worries me as the CPL is extremely high. This adset has gotten about 38 link clicks, with only one good lead. (58 Link clicks, campaign-wise). In all fairness, the link i provided is a 2-day old iteration, but the old versions looked similar (older version: https://hypefluxmedia.com/home001), and i feel like there's something inherently wrong/missing with the landing page, which is preventing people from submitting their information. I'd love to hear your feedback on this. P.S. Yes, i gave instant forms a fair try, but got 9 leads, which were 100% bots. First ad copy is in the image, second is the same but starts with: "Still guessing where your next job is coming from? You work hard, your skills are solid, but your calendar still looks empty half the time. That kind of stress adds up fast. We get it. One week you're slammed, the next you’re staring at an empty bay. You're not lazy, you just need a system that brings in consistent, high-paying work. That’s where we come in. Our inbound ad system leverages A.I and drives premium ceramic coating, PPF, and tint jobs straight to you—predictably.. No guessing. No praying for referrals. Just quality customers ready to book."

@Cameron Walker Ahhh would you look at that! Think I've done a decent job in portraying that, in the latest variation: hypefluxmedia.com/get-more-bookings (if not, please lmk) And tbh I never looked at it through that lense. Good to know. I really appreciate your input 💪🏼

@Sean D thank you so much brother. I've applied some of your suggestions, please check it out and lmk your thoughts: hypefluxmedia.com/get-more-bookings On another note, I did some math for my guarantee/offer, and could include "40-60 leads/inquiries" in the headline, but I've personally never found "leads" and stuff like that appealing. Am I wrong? Would the headline be better as "We'll get you 40-60 new ceramic, PPF & tint inquiries every month"?
DCT testing failing
Been exactly a day since I launched this DCT campaign for my detailing client. usually after spending $15 - $20, leads start coming through Already had 21 link clicks but 0 leads. I have crafted my lead forms just the way uncle jimmy advises to, which works amazingly with other clients. so I’m thinking the lead form can’t be the issue either The campaign has also spent about $60 when the daily budget is $30 This has never happened with my other clients so I’m just worried am I supposed to do a whole new DCT or just leave it for a bit more? Here’s my ads manager so far and my lead form

I doubt it's the ads tbh. I personally am not a fan of the "30% off" offer. I've noticed that people don't really like that as much and If u have that on the ads, it could some times train the algorithm to get you "low quality awareness".
