✨ Copy your thoughts into your second brain to free it up. Know your power of brain. ‎✨ Know what you're thinking. If bad thoughts , then stop them. ‎✨ What you're doing , feel their results. ‎✨ Rather than blaming what you did to others things, take full control over your actions and results. ‎✨ No one can waste your time except yourself. ‎✨ Breakdown the progress into smaller one. Now it will become easy to reach each milestone. ‎✨ Just focus on one big thing. Don't shift from one to another task.

I joined on monday and i missed tuesday and wednesday journal because of so much work at home side and lack of motivation. Now i am back and I pray to Allah and may he give me enough potential and motivation to be consistent in learning. Today In sha ALLAH i will take further lectures i have to take after introductory.May Allah make me consistent and make things easy if its really written for me ameen.

Today, I aim to dedicate exactly 3 hours to learning. I will track when and why I get distracted, limit those distractions, and allow myself to learn without exhausting myself , learning only as long as it feels good and productive.
