A new season for nurse-coaches!
Hey new friends! I spent Valentine’s Day reflecting on what I’m grateful for. The quiet moments. The people who hold me up. The work that keeps calling me forward. And as the Lunar New Year shifts, we’re also closing the chapter of the Wood Snake. A season of shedding, healing, and deep inner reflection and stepping into the Fire Horse energy… movement, courage, and momentum. For those of us in nursing and coaching spaces, this time of year can feel tender and powerful at the same time. We hold so much for others, and yet we’re also being asked to listen to what’s changing within us. If you’re in a season of transition, you’re not alone. A few gentle questions to reflect on: ~ What am I grateful for from this past season, even the hard parts? ~ What part of me is ready to shed or soften as I move forward? ~Where is my courage being called right now, in my life, my voice, or my work? To all the nurse coaches and caregivers here: your presence matters more than you know. This in-between space is not a setback. It’s a recalibration. You’re allowed to grow. You’re allowed to shift. You’re allowed to step into a new kind of fire.🔥 Here’s a random photo some Lego fun. 🤩

I’m definitely feeling a shift happening in my life. Having the opportunity to explore it is priceless ♥️
Baby news.
So I haven't been inside this group for a while. My pregnancy wasn't easy. But it was so worth it. Last week my baby girl was born. And I am already back learning the skills to start helping clients even better. Meet my baby Joymilla. 😊

@Joel Manalo joined CATALYST end of January less than a week later, he signed his first paid client He didn’t cold DM 3,000 people randomly or promote his service 142 times on his IG instead, he met with one person for coffee in person! Imagine that… Making connections, being present, showing up really does pay off!!! And that’s exactly what I mean when I say: we help people build relational-centric businesses We don’t see people as numbers and we don’t just build businesses... we build relationships it's sustainable & way more fun that way 👉 i just recorded an entire podcast episode on this 👈 breaking down the easiest way to create your first paid clients it's wild how most people overcomplicate this but i believe in making biz simple, fun, & relational which is why our people get results because we help nurse coaches build biz around their passion without complicating the process if you know you are meant to do some damn big things in this world 🌎 but don't know how to make it a profitable biz how to create offers that can sell how to get offers in front of the right people or how to turn conversations into clients... you can join Joel & a bunch of badass nurse coaches in CATALYST where we teach ya how to get paid to do what you love in a way that is fun and relational! currently, CATALYST in on a WAITLIST if you want dibs on applying for a spot when we reopen comment "CATALYST" below and we'll get you on the list! ⚡️

insight~
hi y'all! just wrapped a peer coaching session and had a major insight and curious to see if it resonates with anyone else (can you tell i'm a verbal processor!?🤪) sooo i've been feeling an emotional pull, the ups and downs of being in a nurse coaching program while still working a "normal" healthcare job.. and my peer coaching me tonight helped lead me to a powerful insight that I KNOW will stick with me: becoming a nurse coach for me feels a lot like restructuring, rebuilding, how i can imagine renovating a house feels like! which tbh i've always had mad respect for people who do their own home renos bc my husband and i could never. but anywho, this visual for me i think will be key in staying on track and remembering why i started this journey in the first place- it's to keep the big picture in mind and remembering the desired outcome is to powerfully serve clients in a way that only i can do, only you can do. when someone renos a house, i imagine that end result, the picture/design they have in mind is what keeps them going to see it through. anything worthwhile takes grit, perseverance and sacrifice after all! but there's also always unexpected fun to be had along the way too (this dope ass community being some of that fun!!!) would love to hear if any of y'all have had similar insights 😎 tysm as always for reading my written yapping!!
