I am working for my family business, which is a trading company run by my two Taya Jans one living in the USA and the other in Canada. They own a brand. Here in Pakistan, me, my father, and my chachu handle all the work: preparing and shipping all kinds of products for brand, including men’s and women’s clothing, kidswear, and traditional Pakistani wedding items like sarees, lehengas, and casual ethnic wear. The problem is our business model. We only charge a 10% fee per product from the USA and Canada branches, so even though Caragari earns thousands per year, we barely see any profit. Salaries are a huge issue. My father and chachu follow my Taya Jans' decisions blindly, even though they don’t invest properly or focus on growing the business. The Taya Jan in the USA used to run a bakery here which we still manage, but that business is also not profitable. The mindset is outdated and resistant to change.Meanwhile, I am earning less than Rs. 20,000 per month while my expenses are over Rs. 25,000, and I’m also studying for a BS in Supply Chain Management. I feel stuck in a low-paying cycle with a weak business model, and even though I’m trying to suggest improvements, no one listens. I’m 22 and genuinely worried about my future. I am stuck in degree that is related to shipping and trading. I am stuck in 12hr job with less salary. I am stuck in family system where i have no control. I have joined media valley and but have no time 12hr shift and then straight to bed dad is not ready to understand I am trying to focus on video editing made upwork profile but have no time.

6:00 AM — Started the day with Fajr prayer, grounding myself with gratitude and purpose. Came back and watched Rizq – Part 3 by @haroonkhalil.These videos are genuinely transforming my mindset — especially the reminder to act immediately on any thought of naiki (goodness).Sharing this not for show-off, but so others can benefit and maybe apply this too. Alhamdulillah. 8:00 AM — Dropped the kids at school.On the way back, enjoyed a beautiful morning breakfast outside with my wife and our twin daughters (Alhamdulillah) — mazedaar chanay and paratha. Simple moments, big blessings. 10:00 AM — Slept for a bit and woke up at 11:55 AM to pick up the kids. Found out Ibrahim (Class 6) had an extra class till 12:45 — waited 45 minutes and reminded myself: patience is also a form of discipline. 1:30 PM — Rushed to the masjid for Jummah prayer. 2:00 PM — Quick brunch and then left for office. Reached at 3:09 PM — almost 40 minutes earlier than my usual time. A small win, but consistency is what makes the difference. 📝 To-Do List (Productivity Mode ON): 1. Follow up with clients — aiming to close sales today (week closing). 2. Upload 2 branding projects to my Upwork portfolio. 3. Watch more Upwork + Rizq videos from Haroon Bhai for mindset & skill growth. 4. Add 2 new catalogues on Upwork. 5. Scroll Upwork job feeds to understand market demand. 6. Get WhatsApp code for UK number from our UK office for HR interviews.
