Hey Brian & Everyone, really glad to have been part of this community for the last few days and learned a lot of valuable stuff. My niche is Dentist and I am going to help them get more leads/patients through FB ads but after joining this awesome community and being a part of this for some time. I am thinking what if I help them with this same problem but instead of FB ads I help them with YouTube Ads? After my competitor analysis, I also observed that most people are offering either Google ads or FB ads, or both but no one is offering YouTube ads. And I think this can work in my favor as a New Opportunity. But I am unsure if this will work for Niche like Dentists or not. Need you guys and Brian @Brian Moncada advice. Thanks :)

This weekend I flew out to Tampa to do 2 podcasts, one of which was with my good friend John Whiting, Founder of Bulletproof Entrepreneur... John built & sold a 7-figure agency, and now does coaching for entrepreneurs. We met in Cole Gordon's mastermind, 8-figure boardroom. With me, I brought my friend Sebastian who offered to help me VLOG the entire trip, which will be posted to my YouTube channel soon... But the reason I am writing this post today, is because I want to share the common theme, and TOP takeaway from this weekend with you... Which, if you listen to, and implement into your life and business immediately... will help you scale faster than you could have ever possibly imagined. But first, a bit more context... Sebastian, who offered to film for me, is in the process of starting a NEW venture... he wants to start an agency, but he's in between offering YouTube Ads as a service, or IG growth. We were talking about it on the plane ride to Tampa, and the whole 1-hour flight he was explaining to me how he thinks he could offer both services, to the same market... at the same time, depending on what someone needs... Now, before I continue this story... Can you see the problem? Do you see the issue here? Remember, he's starting from scratch, NO offer, no business, no clients... Hopefully you see it, but if you don't, keep reading... Anyways, I'm sitting there listening to him explaining ALL the reasons why he thinks this is a good idea... And when he's finally finished, he looks at me and asks me what I think, and I say... "Yeah that's just not going to work". And here's why... Everybody I know who's hit 7-figures in their business including ME, did this: We focused on selling ONE offer, to ONE niche, using ONE sales process. We didn't offer 2 things at once like YT Ads & IG Growth... We specialized and became the go-to agency for Done-For-You YouTube Ads for info-marketing businesses who sell courses, coaching, and masterminds. Why? Because by specializing, we were able to STAND OUT in a very crowded marketplace and position ourselves as the experts for Done-For-You YouTube Ads in this one specific niche...
