Hey everyone,I’ve got a quick question regarding AI voice agents and compliance. One of my U.S based clients wants to build a voice agent for their business. The question is it legally required for the AI to introduce itself as an assistant like (Hi, this is an AI assistant, how can I help you?) or can it just start the conversation naturally for example, “Hi, how can I help you today?” without mentioning it’s AI? Basically, we’re wondering whether it’s legally necessary or just a best practice to disclose that it’s not a human. Would love to hear from others who’ve built or deployed voice agents in the U.S. How do you handle this disclosure part? Thanks in advance! 🙌

Hey everyone, I’m exploring options with ElevenLabs and could use some advice. I have a client who speaks Malayalam and they want their voice cloned. The issue is ElevenLabs doesn’t currently support Malayalam, so I’m wondering if anyone has tried workarounds or alternative methods for this. Has anyone here experimented with training on Malayalam audio, or maybe combined ElevenLabs with another tool? Open to any tips or suggestions you’ve tried!

Hey People, I was trying to setup Vapi with Make.com but the webhook is not connecting and receiving any data. I setup everything right. Even redetermine data structure is also running endless after the test call. How to make it work? I have used Retell Ai but New to Vapi. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

One of my clients need to add multilingual support specifically English and another language and ensure the assistant responds naturally in the selected language, even when users mix languages. I thought of using TTS and STT using google cloud and DTMF. But the client don’t need to sound robotic. They wanted to agent to figure out the language user is talking and responding back in same. Is that possible or any other alternative way. Any suggestions would help me to complete this project.
