Just automated our entire sales call analysis process and thought I'd share the stack: The Setup: - Retell AI handles the voice agent solid for conversational AI - n8n orchestrates the entire workflow automation How it flows: 1. Webhook triggers when call completes 2. Call gets analyzed for sentiment & key insights AI models 3. Data gets structured and logged to Google Sheets 4. Conditional alerts fire based on call score 5. Personalized feedback generated for each call 6. Auto-updates back to our sheet + sends webhook response Why this matters: No more manual call reviews. Every conversation gets analysed for sentiment, extracted insights, and performance scoring automatically. Team gets instant feedback on what's working. The n8n workflow makes it super flexible you can pipe the data anywhere (CRM, Slack, email, whatever).
