This is a monumental shift. I'm 71 now. When I started pre-menopause, I was impacted by the fear machine and also by a paradigm that I took on from my mother's experience with poor medical advice (they thought she was crazy and put her on valium). There was some knowledge back then about bio-identical hormones, which I likely would have taken had I known about them, but most doctors were in the dark back then and, as the cynical part of my mind reflects, lack of incentive for Big Pharma to promote because it would interfere with their money machine. Hey Brien, my journey is longer than these past 60 days. I am continuing to get more flexible and stronger with exercise. Am starting the cleanse tomorrow. Have lost 6 lbs since Jan. Planning to lose 10 more over the next 60 days.
