Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and one thing hit hard: I spent 13 years with a doctor who never fully understood my brain, and the pattern of being mislabeled runs through everything. Turns out the thing I've been searching for all along wasn't a fix. It was being seen accurately.

Section 2 of my Snapshot just named something I've been carrying my whole life without knowing what to call it. Turns out the cycle I keep falling into isn't a character flaw. It's my nervous system running a protective pattern it learned a long time ago. Seeing the pattern was never the problem. Now I get why knowing better was never enough to do better.

Can anyone help me? Im trying to reset password on snapshot but it just keeps repeating. I want badly to do my snapshot
