Under criminal investigation, attempted forced sale of home
I just got a call from my ex-wife’s attorney’s office informing me of an incoming ex parte to force the sale of my home. Let’s see how this plays out, I’m prepared to have the judge, her attorney, and clerk arrested for crimes committed in open court. I let them slide on day 1 of 3 of their attempted biased divorce and custody trial. Next time I won’t be so gracious. If the bailiff refuses to make the arrest, they too, will be pulled into tax court for prosecution.

@Eric Berben I was told if it’s in foreclosure you can’t. But then you can. I already asked for everything but nothing

@Jimmie Sample that’s what I need. I need it done the first time. Or it’s my daughter getting the heat. He already denied me seeing her a few times
Trial removed from docket
I got the judge, my wife’s attorney, and the clerk shook yesterday. I noticed today that the case was removed from the docket, they know qui tam is coming, like within the next two weeks. I warned them this would be a career ending event. I’ve also got her attorney, the DA, and seven other judges bond’s arrested in preparation for RICO charges in U.S. Tax court. I demanded the securities, the judge denied my motion, she must’ve forgotten they’re bound by tax law, the IRS lodged their ‘25 accounting manual in every court system. What the judge did here is commit a crime in open court, withholding the securities. I told the bailiff I wanted her attorney, the judge, and the clerk arrested and stormed out. I reduced their 3 hour trial allocation to five minutes, its game over and they know it! I just told my wife’s maggot attorney they’ll at he better return my son to me while they’re in the state, or I’ll see to it he goes to federal prison, we’ll see how he responds. They FA, and now they’re about to FO, and it’s happening very fast.

@Eric Berben this is where I’m stuck. I don’t know how to do the trust. That’s keeping me at a standpoint. Then from there I can things going. They’re denying me anything in my court record except the orders I have. I wrote down exactly what I wanted. CPS flat out refused to give me anything. I went back to the court to subpoena them but they said they couldn’t. Now fun fact I can dismiss my case. They had an appeal without my knowledge or service of anything. So an attorney who never talked to me defended me without me present. It says on the orders CPS didn’t enter their report on record. Then how do we know it exists? Because it doesn’t. I was silenced and my daughter I had of 12 years sipe custody handed to someone she didn’t know except for what he did to her. No lie detector lied on the stand proof in hand. I’m having a hard time with forms. I have most of the know but not the know how or what to file when and where. I’m assuming the appeal court which is great because that gets voided my whole case is void. Then go after them all.
🔎 Detrimental Reliance: What It Means & How to Use It Against Corrupt Judges
Detrimental reliance happens when you rely on someone in authority to act fairly and follow the rules — and you get harmed because they didn’t. In law, it means: 👉 You reasonably believed the judge (or authority) would behave according to law, fairness, and due process… 👉 You relied on that belief during your case… 👉 And because the judge violated those standards, you suffered harm, loss, or prejudice. It is rooted in equity — meaning the court must act honorably if it expects YOU to honor its rulings. 🧠 Why It Matters in Judicial Misconduct Cases Most people walk into court believing: - The judge will be neutral - The judge will follow procedure - The judge will listen to evidence - The judge will not insult, bully, or shame them That expectation is reasonable. Judges swear an oath to do exactly that. So when a judge behaves like a wayward, rude, biased, or hostile authority figure, you can argue: “I relied on the court’s duty of fairness and that reliance led to harm because the judge abandoned neutrality.” This is detrimental reliance. ⚖️ How to Use Detrimental Reliance in Your Case...You can raise detrimental reliance in: 1. Judicial Misconduct Complaints Point out that you relied on the judge’s oath and legal duty to conduct themselves with fairness and impartiality — and that the misconduct caused: - Loss of rights - Skewed rulings - Financial harm - Reputation damage - Emotional/psychological injury - Procedural injustice 2. Motions to Vacate or Reconsider Show that the entire ruling is tainted because you relied on a “fair tribunal” that didn’t exist. A biased judge = constitutional defect. 3. Appeals Appeals LOVE this argument.Judges cannot violate your reliance on fundamental fairness. If they do, the ruling is often reversible error. 4. Civil Rights Lawsuits (42 USC § 1983) If the misconduct rises to a constitutional violation, detrimental reliance strengthens your argument that: - You expected due process - You were denied due process - You suffered actual harm because of that denial

Power move
Part 1: Justice Restored
Everything that is done, is done by consent in the form of notice through the mail. Since the government tricked you into consent, you simply need to make your objection known in a public declaration with a simple header of “Notice”. There is no need to send a list of paperwork. In fact, sending a lot of paperwork can and will harm your higher position above the court. Posturing, strutting or using big ten dollar words in a courtroom or in a document accomplishes nothing. In fact, that action can get you an order for a mental evaluation or some time in a cell. So don’t get mad. Simply get your Notice served in response to their notice. It is a tennis match. They serve. You serve. It's a notice for a notice. If you enjoy this post, hit the LIKE button and comment justice restored!
