First sales call, via a human translator, with a Portuguese Food company in Zurich
I have just had my first real client sales call. It was via a human translator to a Portugese business in Zurich Switzerland. I hardly spoke at all and now they want a voice AI and chatbot!....if I can create a good offer for them. They want a multi-lingual voice agent(5-6 languages) and chat bot for a shopify based food website. They are keen to try the tech but I need to make them an offer. Their minimum order should be more than 100chf (and AOV around 200) with occasional large orders (1000chf+). They are expecting between 200-300 telephone calls per month. Has anyone had experience with this type of install or offer? Any limitations or considerations that I should be aware of?

We do multi-lingual voice bots. They're tricky but both can be accomplished with either retell or vapi. You could accomplish this more easily with ghl's ai by using an IVR (press 1 for english, etc...) type thing which works fine but it wont dynamicaly switch between languages
Is anyone in the know?
I need a bit of help with the life insurance niche. I am using Jeff's 2b (voice AI) method to create the DoD to demo them. I asked Chat GPT the questions on the form (avg price of popular service, avg service, then 3 qualifying questions) and it told me about a life insurance policy that is like around $50 a month. Is there something I am missing, or perhaps another avenue to demo something to her? I have no knowledge about this niche so if someone knows about it and can give me some info, I would appreciate it.

I am a licensed health and life insurance agent, what's the question? We use Jeff's DoD template with almost zero edits and it works fine

@Kenneth Korte $50 is a little low, but let’s use it for easy math. an agency can be making 150% of 1st year premiums as commissions. So that’s about $900 over the first year, and many agencies have 9 month advances. 1 sale can often = $675 direct deposited into their bank account in 2 business days.
$4000 setup and $1200/month
This is no small project. We're helping a large insurance agency ramp up their outgoing caller to 300 concurrent lines. They want around 250 warm transfers a day from aged leads. That will cost them $1500 to $3000 a day in ai and twilio usage. We're holding their hand throughout the process and building them a custom dashboard. I probably should have charged more but this is my first deal applying ai voice at this scale. I also closed a smaller deal yesterday for $750 setup and $297/month, for single license ai voice plus a ghl crm and conversational ai-- also probably should have charged more. We're learning every day and slowly adding to that MRR. Things are starting to click, but it's been a struggle.

@Saji Sheriff the large project is a custom ai platform that we’re integrating into their ghl agency account. It’s not native ghl features or one of our sub accounts.

@Christy O'connor I don’t upcharge minutes. Cost per conversion is everything to insurance agency owners. Plus I look like a hero to them when I point out they are pay 2.5 cents per sms segment and I can lower their cost by half.
FB Ads Library Speed To Lead Automation Hack
I thought I'd share, for what it's worth, what I'm doing to speed up finding quality leads in the Facebook ads library based on what I've learned in this fantastic community. And I think it's kind of cool, so I made a video for everyone.

I love this
Nice one today
Insurance agency wanted an in house custom dev team for AI and hl integrations. They have their own hl agency license. We're placing one hl tech, one full stack dev, and giving them a license to use any of our tools or templates $6500/month

@Nestor Berrios no, should i? it would be something like a placement or recruiting fee per employee. i waived that with this client because we did work for them in the past and have a good relationship with them.

@Uyi Go 1) i removed any pricing on the wepage 2) try to do everything as a custom strategy 3) offer them a license to all our tools 4) offer to place their own tech employees 4) manage the project and employees for them. Thats the formula im trying. I think we can sell this plus every client is worth 5 to 15 times mrr what they would be worth for a specific procuct package offer. Seems to me that the smaller deals are just as hard or even harder to sell, and more support work per $ mrr than the smaller clients.
