But the steps required from absolute 0 that we have seen work to get there multiple times... Who would want it? Right now I've condensed this down into about 6 "Stages/Levels" and in breaking it down as clear and step by step as I can... I've got something that should give literally all of you a clear path with checkpoints / Level Up intervals so you can not only self-identify where you're at... But also how to get to the next level. (Literally as step-by-step as we can think of making it) If this is something you want or need... Drop a GIF and let me know. I spent some time in the last couple weeks (during the Snowpocalypse) to create my own AI Avatar using HeyGen and ElevenLabs. Initially, I was doing it to create Money Looms at scale without having to film them all individually. As an "AI Expert" it's yet another AI-based service I can provide. I charge a video and audio recording fee, generate the ElevenLabs voice and HeyGen avatar, then contract to produce X videos per month for MRR. I can write the scripts as well... I may include it in the cost of generating the videos, or charge an upsell. I was inspired by Julia McCoy's "Dr McCoy" clone on her YouTube channel. This was created using her tactics. My birthday is tomorrow and my wife asked me what I wanted to do… and literally all I want to do is plan out the next phase of CEO Lab, restructuring it a way that makes it even easier for each of you to launch and grow, and take everything to the next level. Hey yall. I’ve been a bit absent recently but I wanted to share my most recent win. Over the past 7 days I’ve done 1 in person speaking event and 1 webinar and between the two we’ve closed about 35k MRR (which beats Jeff’s previous record of 31k in a week👀) The one-to-many slides Jeff posted a couple weeks ago were A GAME CHANGERRRRR. If you’re running any sort of one to many speaking event please use them, they saved me so much time and clearly work well. I’m super excited to see the fruits of my labor that I’ve been putting in for almost 2 years. Everything gets more fun when you actually start seeing results, so for those of you out there who are grinding every day, I promise you it gets easier if you stick with it. Do not quit. Okay, I got my first loom created and I DMed three so far and only got one reply, but they haven't viewed this.
