Hey Lab Rats, (I mean that with love and respect), I have my first demo, in person, booked for tomorrow, I've got a telephone number hooked up, a bot trained and a very basic demo page to house the chatbot. It is a bit of a strange niche, an brand new Brazilian frozen food Online store, in Europe. They gets lot of calls for allergies and ingredients. They have an existing physical shop also. I have a lot of questions as to how I can serve their business. I have some other looms out that I'm waiting on responses from. Has anyone got any Feedback regarding setting up GHL tools (like the chatbot) onto a Shopify store? (I'm assuming that this is actually possible) Please let me know if you know otherwise.

I have just had my first real client sales call. It was via a human translator to a Portugese business in Zurich Switzerland. I hardly spoke at all and now they want a voice AI and chatbot!....if I can create a good offer for them. They want a multi-lingual voice agent(5-6 languages) and chat bot for a shopify based food website. They are keen to try the tech but I need to make them an offer. Their minimum order should be more than 100chf (and AOV around 200) with occasional large orders (1000chf+). They are expecting between 200-300 telephone calls per month. Has anyone had experience with this type of install or offer? Any limitations or considerations that I should be aware of?

I also have a call booked for Wednesday to Demo on Demand with a prospect from my Rolodex! Winning feels so Good, makes all the NOs along the way just melt away. Going to work on charging more in the future.

I spoke to my neighbor today, who is a roofer. He was sitting in his truck, and I was walking my dogs. I decided to walk over to him, and I said, "Hey, Mike, do you miss any calls?" He said yes. I let him know about the voice AI, and he immediately was interested. So I did a voice AI demo for him right there. It was not done with the demo form. Since my A2P is currently being worked on, I already had a demo voice bot where it lets you demo any business and how it would be handled. He told the bot what his business was, and then the demo proceeded to show him how a voice AI would handle his calls. I let him know we could do a call to get some specifics about his business, then see about the pricing. He asked about how it would work, and I explained about the calendar and other features. His face lit up, and he said he would want it answered 24/7, instead of ringing to him first. He mentioned that he had someone doing SEO for him, but he was not really seeing results, and he wanted to check with that person because he has a contract. I let him know I could help him with these things too. I didn't get the impression that he had received any information about the AI employee. I could have used the form, but I already had this AI demo before I joined the group, and it works great as well, especially if you're standing there in front of someone. I'll use the demo as well; it was just a quick decision I made since it was an unexpected thing today. Wish me luck. Any advice would be appreciated. I am going to watch the "Casual Convos" video after posting this. I hope I didn't make any mistakes in my approach.

I am thrilled to announce that I have officially signed my first client 😁. The hair salon came through with payment on Sunday night and honestly the "DING" on my phone from leadconnector was an amazing surprise. My goal was to get my first client in January and although they had the invoice on Friday they didn't pay until Sunday, Feb 1st. I am still counting it as a win. I can't thank @Jeff Lopez and @Charles Guerra enough for the support and endless guidance. In addition, I would like to thank the entire CEO Lab family for always providing feedback, encouragement and your willingness to help at the drop of a hat is unmatched. I'm excited (and nervous) to move forward and have more posts like this.
