Anxiety and panic disorder stats are on the rise! Globally 1 in 4 people report experiencing anxiety and 1 in 5 report experiencing a panic attack at least once in their life. 20 years ago I was one of the statistics, bed ridden and unable to socialise due to severe anxiety. Great video on anxiety lots of valid points especially the caffeine and sleep. The one thing that I would add to this as far as removing triggers is that you can get help from a Hypnotist and a rapid change expert to completely break any relationship to the triggers period. Both physical and emotional. The big thing is most of the triggers that we have a subconscious and we can’t see our blindspots. This is what changes my life. I worked on the physical triggers. Removing caffeine etc. regulated my nervous system through breathwork - (down regulation breathing). And identify and cleared a lot of the Major Emotional triggers. Anxiety Gone
