I've been seeing your videos on Facebook and you inspired me today. @Mark Ipaviz I needed to get the brakes in my car done and instead of having my wife pick me up and drop me off at the place I opted to ride my bike! Save the environment, burn a few calories, and get out there and move like you suggest! Thanks.

Burnout?

Hey Dan, when your output has been higher than your recovery for too long, burnout steps in to protect you. It’s your nervous system shifting into survival mode after being pushed beyond its emotional, physical, or mental limits. It doesn’t happen overnight, It will build quietly through chronic stress, poor recovery, constant pressure, and a life that never switches off. Is this resonating with you or are you feeling something different?

@Dan Mowinski My pleasure, it sounds like you are super dialed in, my only advice would be although you are focused on the goal make sure it doesn't come at the expense of your family. You don't want to wake up in 5 years and they aren't around because you worked so hard
