From $1,600/Month With No Leads… To A Simple Local Lead Gen System That Actually Works
What’s up guys — Herschy here. Something shifted last week. Not a flashy, hypey shift… A real one. For the past 6 months, I’ve been sitting on an offer that works extremely well as a foot-in-the-door service. It ties directly into: - Google Business Profile - Reviews - Local visibility - And predictable lead generation One of my clients is generating 12–24 reviews PER DAY right now. At the same time, inside our systems, we’re generating 500+ leads per week (different pipeline, same philosophy). But there's SO MUCH OPPORTUNITY I have been leaving on the table. LEAD GEN 👇 (comment that below if you want in) Or go HERE - https://jeffherschy.com/LSA Here’s what triggered this: My old landscaper from Phoenix reached out. He’s paying an agency $1,600/month… And getting basically nothing. No consistent leads. Actually ZERO LEADS No clarity. No control. He asked me to look at it. At first, I told him to try fixing it with them. He came back and said, “No. I just want to work with you.” That’s when it clicked. This quarter, I’m officially spinning up a small-business lead gen division inside my agency. Not high-ticket enterprise. Not complex SaaS. Starter clients. Home services. Hardscaping. Local contractors. Businesses willing to pay $500–$2,000/month for something that actually works. And here’s the part that matters: We built a checklist + process that ties together: - GBP optimization - Review velocity - Simple website builds (yes… Lovable-level simple) - And lead capture It’s clean. It’s repeatable. It’s not recycled from anything I’ve taught before. This has been sitting on the shelf since before I moved to San Diego. Now we’re deploying it. If you want access to: - The checklist - The process - The exact service stack we’re using - And how to bundle it into a $1K–$2K/month offer Comment LEAD GEN below. I’ll make this extremely affordable for the community. And if you’ve got the Wingman Pass — you already know you’ll get the best deal.

Quick favor. Big payoff. 🚀
I recorded a quick 8-minute impromptu video while getting ready to travel and am sharing this literally either on a plane or landing . ( I pre set it to just hit send yesterday :) ) We’ve got a massive, game-changing week coming upstarting next week. It’s a big moment for the company… and it’s going to be life-changing for a lot of agencies in this group. Before I start rolling that out, I’m asking for one small favor from those of you who can help — and I’m going to reward everyone who participates. The favor (simple + fast) If you have any Reviewly devices (plate, tap card, sticker, white-label, etc.), here’s what I’m asking between now and Monday morning: “In-the-wild” device photos Take 1–5 photos of a Reviewly device placed naturally in a business environment: - Checkout counter - Front desk - Coffee table - Waiting area - Tire shop, dentist, coffee shop, auto repair, gym, etc. Notes: - No business owners needed in the photo (preferred not, actually) - Raw > perfect - Quick phone pics are totally fine Drop the photos in the comments below or DM them to me. Bonus (optional) If you come across any of these, snap one clear photo: • A physical chamber / BBB / association directory (paper book — not Yellow Pages) • A corkboard with business cards at a coffee shop or local spot Close enough to read, doesn’t need to be perfect I’ve got a magic trick I’m teaching Tuesday that uses these - And if you see Michael's post here this is just 1/10th of that I've got to share then. Why this matters (and what’s in it for you) We need real, authentic use-case visuals for upcoming promotions It helps you get more comfortable placing devices naturally It can spark conversations and sales without pitching And most importantly… Everyone who participates will be rewarded. We’ll run a contest + prize wheel - And I’ll also do something special for every single person who helps out
Quick favor. Big payoff. 🚀

Hey Jeff, here's a few pics.
Getting started.... have an initial question
Question for Venkat and/or Jeff Schwerdt, I've gone thru the Sales Traction System tutorials. I have over a 1,000 followers on my Personal FB Profile (95% of those followers are business owners) and very few on my FB Business Fanpage. Would it be a mistake to use my Personal Profile w/ this system? I see you recommend a Fanpage to be used, but if I already have 1,000+ followers wouldn't that a good resource to use?
🛠️ Are You STUCK as the Handyman to A Local Business?
I haven’t posted a video in a few days—been deep in client work. One of my top-tier clients (we’re talking five figures/month) just asked me to build a second premium website to target a new ICP. Why? Because the first one worked. They also just signed on for Data as a Service, where we generate buyer-intent leads and handle the outreach. We’re not selling “a box.” We’re solving real business problems. And that got me thinking… Too many agency owners still operate like the handyman. 👉 Driving the 1996 Ford Ranger 👉 Stickers on the side 👉 On-call, underpaid, and undervalued 👉 Doing everything but owning nothing We’ve all started there. But the goal is to become the General Contractor. The person who: ✅ Gets paid premium to manage the project ✅ Doesn’t do the plumbing—but knows the best plumber ✅ Talks to the client once—handles the rest behind the scenes ✅ Delivers results through leveraged talent, not just time Right now, I’m doing five figures a month in SEO—and I’m not the expert. I’m the connector. The orchestrator. The GC. So here’s what I want you to reflect on this weekend: Are you still the handyman? Or are you becoming the general contractor in your agency? Drop a comment below and let me know. 👇 And if you want early access to the behind-the-scenes interview with my SEO partner (the one driving those 5-figure retainers), just comment SEO below and I’ll send it to you before anyone else gets it. Let’s level up together. Enjoy the holiday weekend and remember what it’s really about. —Herschy
