Big changes on December 2nd, and a clear-out of inactive members
Most of you will have seen the frustration over the last couple of months. I have been working behind the scenes the whole time, trying to adapt to every change Skool has made to the platform. That goal has now been dropped, because I have had enough of playing the Skool game for zero return. So from December the sole focus is content, which means classroom information and videos. Fact is, that is what you joined for and I am grateful to @Richard Clark who pointed out what was and is still lacking.😁 I am posting this now so nobody gets caught out, and so you have time to decide what you want to do. On December 2nd, which happens to be my 36th birthday (I'm sure you can work it out) , the way whwido /we-do/ works changes for good. The aim is to clean up the space regardless of member total, protect what we have built, and look after the people who actually show up and take part. Right now there are two kinds of inactive member in here, and both are affected. Group 1: the lurkers You log into Skool, but you never post, never ask a question and never speak in the chat. Some of you just prefer to watch in silence, and up to a point that is fine. The trouble is that a health and performance room only works when people share information, form checks, meals, app logs, questions and progress. There is a darker side too. Some silent accounts have joined purely to scrape routines, lift content and quietly message members behind the scenes. That ends now, so we are keeping real contributors only. Group 2: the ghosts You joined the free section to potentially fix your training, sort your nutrition, rebuild joints, build muscle, or get straight answers on supplements, peptides and medication. Then Skool was new to you and you simply stopped logging in. You have not posted, commented or sent a chat message since this announcement. If you don't start showing up, you'll be removed with everyone else who went quiet. Take this as the nudge to get back on track and back in the room.

Any recommendations for where to get a descent testosterone test please?

@Gary Le Rosbifs I believe that T and insulin can be measured only with taking snapshot. Maybe, within 50 years we will have every biomarker constantly measured and displayed straight to our retina?!

How to lose fat on the Carnivore diet •
First few mins had me chortling https://youtu.be/i6Sl42o0yUI?is=-Kd6Ay7Y7Al2m_tW Lss , * the answer give is 'fasting' So literally the way to lose fat on the Carnivore diet is to not do the Carnivore diet . Eat no Carnivore foods periodically and the Carnivore diet can't make you gain more fat on those days . Seems logical

Things can only get Retaaaaaa
I've lost access to a thread elsewhere where I documented my journey with retatrutide so I thought I'd continue it here. It should always have been here tbh because the success im having with it is completely down to the excellent advice I've had from the man , the myth the legend, @Shaun Womersley It's only fair that present and future members here get to see how much a suitably qualified and capable advisor, I recommend Shaun unequivocally, can steer you in the right direction. So I began April the 8th with the following stats Weight 95.6kg Waist 38" Chest 48" Arms 17 1/2 Leg 26 1/2 Today I'm at Weight 80kg Waist 33 3/4 Chest 46" Arms 16 3/4 Legs 24 1/4 Okay I've lost a little muscle it would appear, however I'm in replacement dose try during this , wheres before I was running test a little higher ( still within human ranges ) but using the old dbol so there would have been some bloat in the first set of measurements. I'm hugely happy with the progress on appearance as a now look like ( and am ) a relatively fit and in shape bloke not a beer monster. It's really effective stuff if you can get into the mindset to go low and slow ( I was a diva a out this to begin with admittedly) In hunger free , have great energy and feel great. Stop me before I start looking like Kelly Osbourne but at this point I can't recommend this stuff , and the big homie Shaun , enough. Now I'm going out sprinting. Which if I did it when I weighed 95 kg , I think my hooves might have fallen off Dose as per Shaun was 0.5 mg first two weeks to acclimatise , then 1mg and my personal choice was not to go higher as it's enough to tickle this fat loss along with zero side effects and it means I get ten weeks out of a ten mg vial which isn't bad for a life changing result ( less than a tenner a week for the source I used )
