Fix your IG - 10 Core Principles
Taking a closer look at the recommended Insta profiles, here are the core principles that seem to be applied across all of them. Hope you will find this useful in building your own grid. 1. Show a life full of movement • Trips, events, projects, action • Working, building, traveling, performing • You in motion, not frozen posing • Nothing static or low-energy 2. Signal social demand • Group photos • Mixed company • People tagging you • Attractive women in frame without effort • You being part of a social world 3. Display competence in one clear domain, telling a story • Fitness • Music • Art • Travel • Business 4. Look natural and comfortable on camera • Direct or soft eye contact • Relaxed expression • Cool posture • Weight on one leg • Shoulders open, chin slightly down • Three-quarter angle • Walk normally • Candid moments 5. Look physically sharp • Good grooming • Clean haircut / beard • Fit physique • Well-fitting clothes • Strong lighting on jawline • Style that matches your identity 6. Curated environment • Clean backgrounds • Stylish cafes, rooftops, beaches, gyms, airports • Minimal clutter • Props that fit your lifestyle: coffee, jacket, sunglasses, backpack, gym gear • Intentional locations, not messy or accidental ones 7. Reveal lifestyle without trying to impress • Show masculine hobbies, such as lifting, outdoor adventure, sports, sail, hike, playing music, travel, cars or bikes, creative work • Beautiful places without bragging • Gym clips without motivational quotes • Business lounge without flex captions • Simple travel moments 8. Keep a touch of mystery • No long explanations • No emotional dumping • No “look at me” or self-serving captions 9. Angles That Work • Eye level or slightly below for presence • Avoid straight-on shots • Slight torso tilt • Camera 1–2 meters away for natural proportions • Side lighting for jaw definition • Head turned slightly for portraits • Wide angle for travel to show environment 10. Composition Rules • Rule of thirds

Fantastic summary mate, isn't crazy how men have to consider all these aspects yet women just post themselves in bikini's and voila!! Insane...

New to OMDS/MOA - my IG profile.
Hello I'm new to the Off Market Dating System / MOA etc. I am working through the material, (about 80%) and and F*cking fixing my IG! I never had one before so it's new. I have engaged an editor and have used previous photos. I, (like many it seems) don't have good pre-selection photos so I am using what I have for now and plan on getting better ones. I would appreciate any thoughts on / comments / perhaps a follow from you gents and I fully expect to be told it is NOT great but hey as am man I understand and am used to being given honest feedback in life. I plan on using it to improve, so fire away haha ;). Any follows / likes etc would be most appreciated... Here is my IG https://www.instagram.com/miguel_candeias/

It mainly comes down to 3 things, things Michael says all the time. I'll go through them briefly. 0. Remove before adding (remove all the bad shit on your Instagram, just makes sure nothing knocks point over you, when starting out you focus on subtraction instead adding) 1. Start going to high status events or events where your archetype of people hang around, maybe you have to buy tickets. 2. Talk to those high level people in those events, be a good listener & ask the right questions (read how to win friends and influence people) and exchange Instagram's 3. post stories of all the high status events and tag the new people you meet 4. build out your IG as your going outside, going events and meeting new people (You don't have to wait, do both, go to events while building out your instagram) 5. Nurture these relationships by commenting on stories and liking 6. Go to multiple high status events and create a web of different events you go to 7. Invite a couple from event A to event B, you added value by inviting them to something cool 8. Keep going to more events and invite people from old events to new events while nurturing them on social media with dm's, replies, likes and stories. Mindsets: 1. the first lesson in hustler's university is SPEED, to be speedy with your action and take consistent imperfect action 2. Think less and do more, most mental health problems come from a lack of inaction towards the goals that are meaningful to you 3. Slowly build your way up, you don't need to know crazy high level people at the start, start with local people you fuck with in your area and add any person you like hanging out with to your lifestyle, you will start to meet friends of friends and things will snowball
