@Sally Prendergast oh derrrr! Nope not using using it. Should I be?
How many trials do you have booked?
For those of you using a free or paid trial as your introductory offer - Id love to know where are you at so far for 2026: - How many leads? - How many trials booked? - What is the show-up rate? - How many converted into paying customers?

seems to be half of half or us say 50 leads, 25 book, 12 show, 6 convert to paying customers. In saying this we have 2 teachers that convert 80-90% of their trials and others that seem to always have the "I need to speak to my husband response". We discussed this with everyone pre start of year at our team meeting. We are planning on doing more training on this. We are also using time at the studio to call for follow ups. ALOT dont answer so our next touch point will be an sms then email say why dance is great to do etc.
⚠️URGENT - If you are running paid ads on Meta, do this...
One of our members alerted me today to one of her ads being rejected. This was happening a lot last year when we were asking for a child's date of birth - changing that to asking for the child's age seemed to fix the problem. Some of my done-for-you Ads Management clients ads got rejected today and I noticed that none of them had an active Privacy Policy on their website. So here's what to do if you are running ads or considering paid ads on Facebook/Instagram: 1. Update your website to include a current Privacy Policy page (not a PDF) 2. If your ads are still being rejected, consider changing the Instant Form question about the child's age to a multiple choice question with age ranges (that is what I am going to try next). Please let me know in the comments if this has happened to your ads and what worked to fix the issue...

Facebook Ads Help
Hi Sally, I have an ad going at the moment and after 7 days it has changed to "learning limited". Should I ignore this? Or what should I do? Thanks 🙋‍♀️
