PPL Broker: The Easiest Way to Start and the Fastest Way to $10k/mo Profit and Beyond
Would being a PPL Broker work for me? šŸ‘‰ Will Starting as a PPL Broker work for me? šŸ‘‰ Who would I sell to? šŸ‘‰ How do I get leads? šŸ‘‰ Do I have to make my own ads? šŸ‘‰ What if the buyers only want super low priced leads? šŸ‘‰ Can I _________________ . . . ? I’m considering doing an Ask Me Anything (AMA) on becoming a PPL Broker this Thursday 5pm EST. Where I’d answer all those questions. And brainstorm with people on what they could do to START their own PPL Brokerage And make 5 or 6 figures in 30 days or less. If I put on a PPL Broker AMA… Would you come? Lemme know by posting your PPL Broker question šŸ‘‡. You can steal one of the ones from above. If I get enough interest I’ll make it happen. If not… I’m gonna go home early and play with the kids! I’ve got your back ! Billy

Yes please! - How to get your first few clients when you are new to this model (do you do a discount? Trial for a small amount of leads?) - What is the conversion rate we should be aiming for when talking to clients? - What are some of the common objections for this model vs retainer plus ad spend
An Attractive Customer-Facing Brand is like a Roast Christmas Lunch with all the trimmings šŸ„‚ . . .
Most PPL Agency owners just have a brand that’s like - roast meat and three veg with peas - like a regular Sunday lunch… the same as everyone else… But what makes Roast Pork for Christmas Lunch super special and delicious is all the trimmings… - the crispy crackling - the red wine jus and fresh cooked homemade apple sauce - crispy baked potatoes - the roasted pumpkin and walnut salad - the green beans in brown butter with almond slivers and the garlic roasted broccolini - And the honey glazed ham with creamy potato salad… With a nice glass or two of bubbles šŸ„‚ Yummy !!! šŸ˜‹ What most agencies don’t realise is their customer facing brand … the one which generates the (quality) Leads . . . is way more ATTRACTIVE when it’s dressed up like a delicious succulent Christmas Lunch… The ā€œdressed upā€ brand with all the trimmings is highly desirable It becomes a highly VALUABLE asset - which will generate excellent profit and can also be SOLD (later) for a 3x multiple by or more. You see it’s NOT just about having the components of a PPL Agency . . . - running ads - getting some customers etc. Done properly, it’s about creating an ATTRACTIVE customer-facing brand, That generates QUALITY leads Which also attracts the RIGHT (high value) clients… Who’ll gladly pay good money for the right type of leads ongoing. SAME bits —> DIFFERENT Strategy … starting with the end in mind. Which has a Very Different OUTCOME and a completely different destination. Do you just want more of the same old roast meat and three veg… - just like every other struggling PPL lead-gen biz kicking around Struggling to keep clients Struggling to find whale clients who continue to buy thousands of dollars of quality leads every week… … an agency BRAND that’s NOT worth very much…? Or Do you want a highly attractive customer-facing brand like a delicious Christmas Roast Lunch with all the trimmings and some bubbles šŸ„‚ . . . ? šŸ‘‰Very often, all it takes for a LEAP in income is choosing ONE RIGHT NICHE !
An Attractive Customer-Facing Brand is like a Roast Christmas Lunch with all the trimmings šŸ„‚ . . .

Hey - do you recommend having one website/brand for both your client and customer? Eg if I’m targeting mortgage brokers, would I need to have one brand/website for targeting and selling mortgage broker leads, and a different one for targeting people looking for a mortgage? Or do you have it set up under one brand? Looking at it from wanting to build a saleable asset as well as run effective campaigns

@Billy Robinson that’s really helpful, and super encouraging to hear those results! Thankyou . Can I ask what niche I’ve is going for?
CPL for mortgage leads?
Hi all, wondering what you guys are charging for mortgage leads right now? I don’t want to price it too low and risk not making enough? or too high and not be competitive..

@Billy Robinson not for a few months - did a bit of market research and about to launch ads to get some leads
How I'm Increasing Lead Revenue by 40% (Without Generating More Leads)
I just finished a 40-minute deep dive with Kyle Sulerud, founder of LeadZolo and usejuiced.com, and I'm honestly rethinking how I sell leads. Here's what blew my mind: Instead of selling leads at fixed prices... your buyers BID against each other in a reverse auction. Sounds crazy, right? But here's what happened when agencies made the switch: • Lead prices increased by 30-40% (same leads, higher revenue) • Client complaints dropped by 80% (they love the control) • Time spent managing clients cut in half (self-service features) • ZERO wasted leads (marketplace liquidates everything) Kyle walked me through: āœ… Exactly how the reverse auction system works āœ… Why buyers actually PREFER this model (counterintuitive but true) āœ… The pricing psychology that makes clients pay more āœ… How to transition your existing clients without losing them āœ… Real feedback from agencies who made the switch āœ… The marketplace feature that ensures you never waste a lead again This is a 40-minute masterclass on scaling your lead distribution. And I'm giving it away for FREE to this community. Want the full video? šŸ‘‰ Comment "JUICED" below and I'll send you the link (I'm keeping this exclusive to engaged community members only - no lurkers šŸ˜‰) P.S. - If you're still selling leads manually or using outdated distribution software, this conversation will open your eyes to what's possible in 2025.

Onboarding/Managing small clients
Anyone here solved onboarding and distributing booked calls to smaller clients. I have a few large ones and its easy to manage. But smaller clients create equal amount of time and relationship management for us so we could scale our revenue fast with them (As they signup quickly) but the problems scale too. Wondering if anyone has a system they've created around this.

@Luke Audsley is it worthwhile taking on the smaller client? Or is that what you’re figuring out?
