Onboarding/Managing small clients
Anyone here solved onboarding and distributing booked calls to smaller clients. I have a few large ones and its easy to manage.
But smaller clients create equal amount of time and relationship management for us so we could scale our revenue fast with them (As they signup quickly) but the problems scale too.
Wondering if anyone has a system they've created around this.
