Full snapshot
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realised something I've never connected before: the same brain that kept me clean and sober for six years is the same brain telling me I can't be consistent at anything. That contradiction has been running my life and I didn't even see it until now.

Snapshot 2
Section 2 of my Snapshot just hit different. I always called it laziness or flakiness, but it just got named as grief. Grief for the businesses I built and lost, the relationships I couldn't stay in, the version of myself I stopped believing in. And the fast food loop I can't break? Turns out that's a nervous system thing, not a willpower thing.
