Community support via Likes will level you up to provide additional Classroom access, and enhance our group culture with you in it. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ✅ START TRAINING❗️ Here is a strategy that will help you get the most out of your training: 1) Go to Classroom/Start Here. Learn the first set of principles and processes 2) Begin Good Guys Build Backs (GGBB) start with #GGBB Session #1 10/9/2025 and repeat it 2-3x during a seven day period. 3) If you have shoulder issues, also start with #HYS: #1, which can be done with 2) without conflict, 2-3x during the same seven day period. 4) GGBB pairs exceptionally well with Hips of Fury. Begin #HOF One 9/19/2025 This is more intense work that begins strengthening your hips at length all the way around the sockets, and makes ALL of the straddle work more accessible. Same deal with 2-3x/week. 5) Enter the Straddle is perfect if you can sit in s straddle position with a 90 ° spread, and have the ability to lean forward and put your hands on the floor unassisted. #ETS Session One 9/1/2025 is the beginning of lifetime changes. Numbers 4) and 2) are exceptional to make this whole series far superior. Repeat all training choices twice weekly at a minimum. You will gain wisdom with the training that you repeat, and repeating it will give you more time to properly adapt. Expect to see noticeable positive changes after a couple of weeks of consistent work. @Andre Victorian found an ad for your site on Facebook and then went to YouTube. I watched the black belt way of life podcast and I loved it. You came across really well so I said id give flex theory a shot! I have a number of injuries I'm trying to work around, snapping hip, ligament flare up in my right ankle, left shoulder impingement, stiff lower back and a weakened wrist (just put me down haha) . I've tried a number of different courses before and seen a number of physios but nothing was structured for me. You're course looks really structured and really easy to follow. I love kicking but the snapping hip is really frustrating. I've taken a good break as I tore my calf twice and have a 2 year old but this course is getting me excited to get back training 😎🤘
New Training Modules Posted!
Both "Start Here" and "Strength Stretching", which is the core of FlexTheory, have been published and are available to all members. Strength Stretching session one is about 35 minutes long and will be accompanied by 2-3 training sessions each week for a six week duration. Afterward some of the emphases will change to introduce additional material, and we will continue successive 6-8 week series' as we build forward together.

Hi Andre, brilliant first session! Very easy to follow and man you make it look so easy 🙌. I can tell my abductors are very tight. Also finding it hard to rotate my leg in the socket, does that come with time as I get looser and stronger? Thanks for the programme, I'm very excited and I can tell this is going to be epic 😎💪
