Currently I’m working on two skills, Perfect Muscle Up and HSPU. For the MU I train it two times a week, with one strength and one skill day. Now im not sure how to properly train for the HSPU, should I do two strength days, because the only skill for HSPU is the Handstand and I train Handstand basically everyday. And what would be the best exercises for HSPU? Should I completely leave out my normal pushups and replace them with a HSPU focused exercise? I’m kinda confused.
