Pls help
Im currently training hspu and a better handstand hold and since it’s a push skill, should i still train the same Pensum of pull or should I do instead of 2 pull 2 push, 3 push and 1 pull? Thanks for the answers

@Kolby Vest OK tysm and for exercises would u consider, as a strength day, elevated pike pu, wall assisted hspu, wall assisted hspu negative and Bent arm Handstand hold, a good Routine?

try kicking up into handstand, also keep doing wall handstand especially with ur stomach to wall, this will prevent u from having bad form. Try balancing with ur hand, if u fall forward press ur fingertips har into the ground, if u fall back try to bent ur arms a bit.
Training HSPU
Currently I’m working on two skills, Perfect Muscle Up and HSPU. For the MU I train it two times a week, with one strength and one skill day. Now im not sure how to properly train for the HSPU, should I do two strength days, because the only skill for HSPU is the Handstand and I train Handstand basically everyday. And what would be the best exercises for HSPU? Should I completely leave out my normal pushups and replace them with a HSPU focused exercise? I’m kinda confused.
