Hey all, I have 2 automation VAs in house that I use for tasks: * One is fast, one is not, but both are effective just in different ways. I'm wondering, what are YOUR KPIs for an automation task being delegated? For example, some automations can take a lot of time based on steps. The simple way of breaking this down is: * Time per node setup/testing * Difficulty level per node Few things to consider: * Some nodes are more difficult than others. As an example, the integrator, aggregator, etc. might not be easy for non-make experts, but is very basic once you know how to use it. I'm trying to figure out what I am expecting. I always feel like my expectations are off. Thoughts?
