DAY 11 Speaking Challenge - OWN vs OPP
Pete Vargas from Grant Cardone's 10x Stages talks about the difference between OPS & OWN, Other People Stages, and your OWN stages. He argues that it doesn't matter if you are getting paid to speak, because you should have the ability to inspire or produce income from the stage, or both. Day 11 is about making a decision. OPS (Other People’s Stages) or OWN (Your Own Stage), and the difference is simple: OPS is borrowed authority, OWN is built authority. OPS means you step into someone else’s room, conferences, podcasts, churches, and corporate events, and leverage their audience. OWN means you create the room, a workshop, a masterclass, a panel, a meetup, a virtual summit, and position yourself as the host and authority. Overtime you can do both, but I'm looking to see what you will do in the next 30 Days. Its the difference between getting booked to speak on someone's stage or event vs creating your own event and sharing your talk. On this Day 11 of the challenge, I'm asking you... 👉 In the next 30 days, are you committing to: A) Get on 3 OPS stages or B) Create 1 OWN stage No floating. No “I’ll see what happens.” Pick your lane. Then: OPS = Make a target list of 20 events and start outreach. OWN = Pick a date and announce it within 72 hours. MAKE A PLAY TODAY and in the comments share your list of 20 or your live event date.

NYN Challenge Day 13 - Better Together
Alone… Nope! Together… always This was never about doing it alone. It’s always been about doing it together. This video takes me back to Cancun, 2023 🌴 My wife and I had already spoken individually… but then we were asked to do something unexpected: 👉 Put together a 2-minute tag-team message. No long prep. No overthinking. Just alignment, trust, and purpose. (Some thought it corny, others felt it inspiring and challenging. Either way it was fun and helped at least a few people we know for sure) And it worked—because it was a living reminder of this truth: When we work together, not apart, we become a force to be reckoned with. QUESTION FOR YOU⁉️ Who could you collaborate or partner with this year to maximize your impact and income??? On that stage, we talked about: • The power of collective support • The importance of individual uniqueness • How real success isn’t built solo, but through collaboration • Why authenticity + unity unlocks our highest potential And here’s why I’m sharing this now… 👀 Because it’s about to happen again—on a much bigger scale—in 2026. As coaches, speakers, and entrepreneurs join my Max Potential business-building programs, they will also gain access to: • My wife’s faith-building Stiletto Circle • Her Trailblazer Mentorship At the same time… Women walking through her Walk In It programs will receive full access to Max Potential business-building systems. Two communities. One ecosystem. Faith + strategy. Purpose + execution. Because when we bring them together, impact multiplies. 🔥 2026 is going to DOUBLE the impact. More growth. More alignment. More lives changed—together. TODAYS PLAY In the comments name or share someone you want to collaborate with, could collaborate with, or are considering collaborating with. #MaxPotential #MakeAPlay #ForceToBeReckonedWith #PurposeDriven #ImpactAndIncome

NYN Challenge Day 9 - What to Say?
Now that you have a presentation, how will you say it… we highly recommend PRESENTING BETTER WITH our Max Potential 5T TALK METHOD Playmakers… if you want your presentations, pitches, and keynotes to land AND lead to action, use this simple structure: 1️⃣ TOUCH – Start with a personal story that connects you to the room. 2️⃣ TEACH – Share one practical idea that creates real value. (Ideally from your ISO or signature framework) 3️⃣ TOSS – Challenge listeners to a call to action. Either implement the teaching or acquire services. 4️⃣ TOP IT OFF – Close with a powerful story that inspires action. 5️⃣ TIP – Leave them with a memorable takeaway that brands you. This method keeps your message clear, your audience engaged, and your offer natural—not forced. If you want help building your 5T talk or tweaking your keynote, drop “5T” in the comments and let’s make a play! Otherwise, let's see in the COMMENTS your answers for each of the 5T Talk Steps Make A Play!!! Below are 3 photos excerpts from the 24 Page Max The Mic Book we use in our program, and that can be found in the actual NYN Challenge Course.

This is a great resource. I will definitely use this for my New Year’s event.
Sales Page-MVP Program
I have been working on this sales page to share out with my network and also with potential corporate decision-makers. I would like your feedback on it. So far, I have received a grade of A- from ChatGPT on it. I have made quite a few adjustments to the copy. The other asset to this is a leadership readiness assessment that I am offering as a complimentary gift to 5-10 managers within the organization. After the managers take the assessment, I would use that to provide feedback to the HR, Operations, L&D, or Customer Success leader and lead them to this sales page. https://bit.ly/mvpmanagerreadinessquiz https://mvpessentials.thedreambuildersacademy.com/m-v-p-program-home
