No T12, No expenses. Should I bypass this property?
I'm wondering if I should pass by a property when it says this. The listing says this: "No T12 - they do not do paperwork like other landlords They do not do expenses. They do them portfolio wide. Same thing with tax returns. After under contract they will provide redacted leases Tenant files with original application would be provided at closing with keys."

I tried to look up the property again and Crexi says "Listing removed: 12/31/01".
