You have lost 2.5 kg which means k it is possible. It is a big achievement. Be thankful for that and keep going. 👏

Gratitude
I am thankful for waking up today I am thankful for being added to this community I am thankful for taking a tiny step towards my better health. Alhamdolillah. May Allah help us all and bless us with good health.
How to manage during sickness?
My question is k should we continue the challenge during sickness even if we cant complete all tasks of the day or should we restart? Today it was so cold for me that I caught cold and now temperature and backache as well. It is going to affect my eating, walking and water intake 🥺. Should I continue with little progress or should I restart after a couple of days?
