Weekly Reflection
What's up everyone, I hope your weekend went well. Wanted to check in before we head into a new week. Even if this week wasn't your best or you've found yourself getting off track that's okay. Don't hesitate to ask me for help, and don't hesitate to help motivate others with their goals too. You guys can make posts as well. I'm thankful for everyone who decided to join and I just want to help you guys, I know each of you has some sort of goal pertaining to fitness, so I just want to ask : What went well this week? Did anything feel off or harder than expected? One adjustment you'll make moving forward? Awareness is key! Let's get better this week :)

What went well this week? I’m regaining strength & I have a new PR for bench press. Did anything feel off or harder than expected? I have noticed my endurance has improved however I was very fatigued this week. I didn’t get much sleep. One adjustment you'll make moving forward? Eating more protein & DRINKING WATER.

Whats up everyone, I'm glad you're here. For anyone unfamiliar, PWRxEND.com is a website I created for people who want to develop strength and endurance together. It has slowly transitioned itself into a Skool Community and you are the first to experience it. You do not need to train hybrid to participate but this is a training-first community and should be taken seriously. WHAT THIS SPACE IS FOR This community exists to help you: –Train strength and conditioning without conflicting priorities – Follow a clear, sustainable structure – Fix plateaus, recovery issues, and program confusion – Build real physical capability, not just effort COMMUNITY STANDARD This is an active space. You don’t need to post constantly, but you do need to participate. Log your work. Ask clear questions. Share what you’re learning. Progress here is visible. Lurking won’t get you much. HOW I SUPPORT YOU I help people: – Correct their overall training strategy – Balance lifting, running, conditioning, and recovery – Identify what’s actually holding them back – Build systems that work long-term, not short term This is the same approach I use in my own training. WHAT TO DO NEXT 1. Introduce yourself below: – Name – Training background – Current focus (strength, endurance, hybrid) – What you feel stuck on – Engage with at least two other posts. 1. Start the 90-day program and PWRxEND principles V1 in the Classroom. Don’t rush it. Build the base correctly. Optional: If you want direct feedback, you can book a consultation for a personalized review.

Hii my name is mely. I have a few years of experience with strength training. My current focus is strength and endurance. I feel stuck on the intensity of my workouts and my DIET. I have these cravings that interfere with my caloric deficit I’ve been trying to manage.
